Jajajaja really people I just read this customer complaining blah blah and that they are rude and everything why dont yall say they are just workers working and say that yall are the rude person screaming and making ah big deal when they try to talk to yall yall dont even let them speak I have beeing there but sometimes yall just drop the clothes and dont even check obvious ppl if yall dont want here to go then dont go take it somewhere else be honest and sai yall are the rude ones what yall want that these ppl that work be quiet while yall scream bad words to them said what yall do to them n one should stay quiet the worst is that yall scream at them and what happens n one stands and say nothing so what yall expect for them put ur self in their shoe flip it they just work and receive clothes they dont have nothing to do at the back and either for what manager said or owner I have gone there and seeing how rude customers are and when they try to explain something yall dont let them to the point yall call them bitches stupid all of those rude words what if they said the same to u and the worst the customer get late after 7 and they are knocking windows screaming like crazy and guess what I have seeing that they call police and who do they give the right to them is closed they cant open only cause u want to and sai u ruined blablah cause I had to use understand dont be animals act professional is the ppl from the back and owner know next time I hope that I go there and something happens like I think I will record and show reall who is the rude ppl they who work hard or yall come on treat ppl the way u want to be treated I have beeing coming here from over 12 yrs and these lady are so niece no complain...

I have been using this cleaners for three years, they are fast and cheap BUT I give this place 2 stars because of their business ethics. Heres the thing: after three years of coming here they suddenly decided to raise the prices on me, no notice, nothing. They claim that my husbands shirts are BIG SIZE (hes XXL which I get is a big size) therefore they cost more to clean. This sounds like nothing but after being paying 0.99c a shirt for three years all of the sudden they start charging you $1.50 for the SAME SIZE SHIRTS you have been bringing it is kinda crappy. I mentioned this, I asked why, I told them how long I have been giving them my business... nope, dont care, it is now $1.50 per shirt. Crappy. It is not a matter of money as It is still cheap but it is a matter of principle, you just dont raise prices on your costumers like that without a fair notice... I wonder if they charge $0.50c for XS shirts. Nope, they dont. Also people are rude. Just rude all over. Only good thing here is price, that is all.

Stay far away from this place. I dropped clothes off,and when I went to pick up clothes the cleaners had misplaced my children and I clothes. After 45 minutes they finally found them, but they werent done properly. At that time I asked the manager for some sort of discount due to all the inconvenience. He said "No", and insisted that I pay for the crappie services. Save yourself time,and prevent a headache by staying far from this cleaners. Pay a little more and go to another cleaners. This is my 1st and last time at this location. Stay far away! Horrible Cleaners, and Management!!

Please do not try and save money and take your clothes here. I took a bundle of clothes and several pieces came back with black speared sticky stuff on them, thus damaging the light colored clothes. The pieces were at the front of each stack of clothes, so I know the clerk and/or workers had to have seen them before handing them to me to take home. No one offered any apology. Just be careful with your light colored clothes, if you choose to go there. Im sure its on the dark colored ones, as well. I just cant see it.

Bought my brother this 175$ Pants for prom and he was going to re-use it again for graduation ...so I took it here to get it iron real quick and when i came back it had a big ripped hole . I asked what happened and they told me it was already there . Poor customer service. Seriously!!! Never again. Guys save your time and money. Unless you wanna get your clothes back ruined and get talked back too.

Asghard the guy that handles the alterations is totally unprofessional. His business ethics are worse than his alterations work. Both are garbage. Have been coming here for over a year and I will no longer be giving this cleaners any of my hard earned money because of asghards service and poor quality of work.

I wear nothing but designer clothes but I never pay retail regardless or not my clothes are very expensive from polo to louis vuitton this cleaner cleans my clothes and prepares them just the way I like it never had a bad problem with them been going to them for years never had a piece of clothing destroyed

The perfect alteration place that I have ever been too! Every time that I walk in the door they are always there to greet me with a smile on their face. I went in the other day and got about 15 things altered and every one of them turned out perfectly! I couldnt be happier with the service that I receive.

I had very bad experiences they dont know how to clean . I wanted them Jackets washing my husband and my husband . After take it to home . The smell unbearable smell ring and when they were asked to re-washed their response was rude and he threw the bill before he smell .
