No no no no no no. After getting tired of ironing my uniform shirts, I started coming here. At home, I could always get the coffee and wine stains out. When I get my shirts cleaned in Lima, Peru, they come back so white and nicely pressed, so I started coming here. No more. First and foremost, they never got the stains out. Id see them when I would pick them up. The first time, they got the stain out while I waited, in about 3 minutes. The second time, the kept the shirt and when I got it back it had all these warning tags on it about the stain I had left it for them to remove, but there was no sign of the stain left. The third time I took the shirts in, I told them I had pre-treated the stain. He marked it with red tape and then gave me a price that was higher than Id paid before. I asked why. He said there was no starch. I asked, "No starch is more expensive than starch? Wait, I dont want this dry cleaned, just laundered and pressed." He hemmed and hawed and punched a few buttons on his screen, and turned it towards me to see. He had hit pleats. I asked what pleats have to do with it. He hit a few more buttons and showed me the screen again to show in large red letters, "No Discount". Im not sure if I magically got discounts the previous 2 times and now I am not, but I was not about to pay more for cleaning these shirts based on their history of not getting my shirts very clean. I took my money back, still in his hands, gathered my shirts and began to leave. He was still trying to keep me, but no. Just no. You had your chances. You were difficult to understand to begin with. I dont care that I pass right by you on the way home. I dont care to do business with someone who doesnt seem to know what to charge for 4 shirts to be laundered and pressed. Ill drive a few miles out of my way to be treated as a valued customer and to have my shirts come back clean. You should be able to do it better than I can at home. I strongly recommend any other cleaners than this one.

Poor customer service.....ruined a blouse and acted as if giving a discount was gonna make things right. I dont think they understand the reason people take their clothing to the cleaners.....I could have ruined it myself at home. Tried to give them a second chance....left a week of clothing for out of town business trip and yep again, white starch stains visible on dark clothing. 2 minutes from home.....never again!! Ill drive a few miles for real service. Too much business, they dont have to value any customers. Tip #1 Poor English = POOR SERVICE

Nice/friendly staff. I took two shirts and a jumpsuit to be fixed. I had taken my jumpsuit to about 3 or 5 different places to get fixed and no one would do it. They took it without any hesitation. Very affordable prices and fast work!
