Went in today to pick up my uniform, 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready & to my horror they told me they had lost my work shirt. I had brought the shirt the day before a little after 10 and the lady told me it could be ready by 8:30 the next day, mind you they have signs guarantying same day service if clothes were checked in by 9 am so I trusted them even though it was my first time. As Im sitting there waiting for them to find my shirt for my first day of orientation about to be on the verge of tears, the workers in the back are laughing and smiling at me, very unprofessional. So I could not attend orientation, and almost lost my job on the first day. If I could give this place zero stars I would; I absolutely do not recommend anyone to go here and I will protest this place till the day I die. Not only that but when I did pick up the shirt two hours later it was not even pressed, it looked better coming out the bag than what I had received from them today. And they did not offer me any money back or offer to give me the money for the shirt when they lost it. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO HERE. They are liars, unprofessional, and one of the worst cleaners Ive ever been to.

Dry cleaned a king size comforter for me. Did a decent job with a quick turn around. Much less expensive than MW cleaners and they are open to 5 on Saturday.
