VERY UNETHICAL CLEANERS!!!!!!!!! Is sad am unable to give minus stars. Have used them before and been pleased with the service until the last items of cloths and leather coat i dropped off on 5/5/2014, which i picked up on 5/16/2014 and found my new leather Comstock & Co coat(bought on 12/13/2013 for $644.09((includes taxes)), burned, stained(having it cleaned as had three/four small drop like stains),different color(due to their burning of the leather) and smaller in size(havent figured out how they did that). Rest of other cloths looked ok. Brought the coat problem to manger/owners attention(Ram Momin) and he took coat and said he would call me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING FOR RETURN CALL FROM THIS CLEANERS. Came back today on 5/28/2014 to the cleaners about 14:30 and asked manager again what they will do about the coat that was ruined and why he never called me. After lots of excuses, he stated he was not going to do anything about it, it was not his problem. Excuse Me! I thought when you drop cloths at cleaners and serious damage occurs, some compensation is due. So now I have a ruined coat and must look at the legal system to get the cleaners (whom I trusted with the coat) to do what is right. I did not ask them for full cost of coat as I had worn it about five times. But the manager/owner was firm in that any damage done to items is not his fault and not due any compensation.

WORST PLACE EVER!! About a year ago my husband took our dry cleaning here and came back with a bill for over $150! We maybe had 10 items. I swore I would never go back. Well yesterday I took a dress that I needed dry cleaned...or so I thought. THEY COMPLETELY RUINED my dress. They made the hem completely fall out, they WAYYYYY overcharged ($13 bucks for a simple dress) and they made the material bead up in little balls. This is by far the WORST place I have ever been. The customer service is terrible and they try to blame their mistakes on the customer! Never will I ever give them another penny of my business and I hope you dont either. There is a reason they are attached to a gas station....

After reading many reviews of cleaners nearest me I decided on Esteem. Im so glad they were my first choice, the experience was spectacular. Awesome, professional, customer service. I had a futon cover cleaned at a reasonable price and they cleaned it multiple times and the fee stayed the same. To anyone in the area I strongly recommend this establishment.

I have used Esteem for many years, and have been very satisfied. Everything is done promptly, and very good quality. If a button falls off of a shirt, I have only to ask and they will fix it. Im sorry to see some negative reviews, which prompted me to write this. Ive never had anything but fine service here, and recommend it.

LOVED IT!!!!!!!. always take my cleaning to them and gave very friendly service. Today i needed a dress to wear in a wedding and was able to get it so quick turn around time. thank you esteem cleaners you guys are the best!!!! i will always recommend this place to everybody. MUST GO!

I went to them and dropped off 3 pants and 16 shirts.... I asked for total and she said oh dont worry its not that much, I asked again and said she was to busy to give total. Next day 70 bucks!!!!! These people try and rob you!

Damaged two of my shirts, and acted like it was a mystery. One of the owners then proceeds to tell me to come back later and talk to the owner. Like I said, shady. Caveat Emptor...
