I constantly read about people who are upset because nobody followed their instructions given well sometimes I havent had my instructions follow but their smiles theyre helpful attitude and their alertness to customer service surpasses any small instructions they may have overlooked! anytime we have had a problem which was once with a shirt they were more than happy to make it right to replace the shirt that was messed up no questions no ifs ands no butts! Personally I think Signature Cleaners stands above the rest when it comes to cleaning clothes just the fact theyve been there as long as they have is a testament to their quality of work! Love and my girls at Signature Cleaners always and forever keep doing what youre doing yall rock !

The worst dry cleaners in town please avoid them by all costs! Took my brand new never worn $200 pair of jeans and they were completely stained! The rude ghetto cashier insisted it was a mistake and that they could fix it? Why would I contine leaving my jeans at this hellhole when they ruined them in the first place. Asked to speak with a manger she said he was not in and said she was done talking to me I have never delt with such unprofessionalism in my life. Please do not drop off your clothes here at all please i am warning you! Will obviously not be coming here and will be showing friends and family proof why they should avoid this so called "business"

This place did a really good job for the first year or so I used them. Then one day I noticed they got a lot worse. They stopped being as thorough on details I asked them to pay attention to on my uniforms. Also one day when I was in there the lady started to give me a discount for being in public service. Then another woman very rudely stopped her and said "no theyre just paramedics, they dont get a discount." I dont expect a discount and I never asked for one. But I certainly dont appreciate that comment. I can assure you that at some point in your life youll need a paramedic and youll appreciate us more then.

Ive been taking my clothes here for years its not the first time this happens, more like 3 times but still decided to continue bringing it here because is close to my job. Got my brand new shirt back with stains I took this shirt with tags and everything, he blamed it on discoloration due to sweat( when this shirt was brand new) never going back to this place. I didnt want to argue in front of his customers because as a business owner I know its not right.

My husband had been using them for years but recently they ruined one of his shirts! It looked like they dropped acid on it, holes everywhere on sleeves and back. They said it was something he must have rubbed on. Well they didnt reimburse or try to apologize! We have since then heard of it happening to 3 other people.... Coincidence? I dont think so, it was def something they used!!! Dont recommend their services!!!!!!

Weve used them for years. Unfortunately of late the service is horrible. Weve had to iron every shirt before wearing. One shirt came home with oil spots. Theyve lost items and given us wrong items. I asked to speak with the owner. The MGR told me the owner wouldnt speak to me thats why she was hired. Lack of customer service and failure to clean & press isnt acceptable

Took my favorite top to them to be dry cleaned as I have done before. The white lace when I got it back was stained red. I took it back, left it with a concern and my phone number since a manager wasnt there. A week went by and didnt hear from them, finally went back in only to hear that "they werent responsible since there is red on the shirt."

Customer beware! A $70 pair of slacks were left for dry cleaning. Signature laundered them instead and of course ruined them. Signature will not accept any responsibility for their mistakes or the quality of their service.

Whats sad is Im looking for reviews. All I see are bad reviews from customers and good reviews and excuses from employees. I will be taking my business to people who actually care about what they are doing!
