Id give this place 2.5 stars, but round up to 3 for this site. Ive been bringing my clothes here for about 2 years now. Overall, the price is decent and the same-day turnaround is usually pretty good if youre in before 7:30a. I think theyre open from 7a-7p Mon-Fri, 7a-5p Sat, closed Sundays. Overall, Ive usually been satisfied with the actual cleaning & pressing services. My pants and vests have always come out great. Its been a long time since Ive brought in a sport or suit coat, but only because I rarely ever wear them. Ive brought in regular/casual clothing, including sweaters for myself, wife (a few dresses and sweaters) and kid (dress clothes) on occasion and I dont recall any problems with them. Never had clothes go missing, and even then, they always give you an itemized ticket(s) of what was brought in, so it’s pretty easy to keep track of what’s supposed to be there when you go to pick up. I’ve had them mend a few pairs of pants; nothing major so I can’t say they’re miracle workers or anything, but the price wasn’t bad and it didn’t affect when I could pick up the clothes. The one issue that does seem to come up here is that shirt buttons fall apart. Most of the top buttons on my dress shirts, the buttons for the button-down collars, and sleeve buttons have disintegrated (oddly enough, none of the main buttons on the front/torso section of my shirts ever get damaged). I thought the issue might have been of how many wash/presses the shirts have been through, button material quality/age, etc, but I recently bought new shirts and the top buttons on a few are already crumbling apart after taking them here for the first time. Theyve got a sign up clear as day, "We are not responsible for buttons, zippers, pockets...", so don’t expect to win any arguments there. To be fair, Ive had buttons get damaged at other cleaners, and maybe it seems more prevalent here only because this is my main go-to, but I will be looking for a different place to take my work/dress shirts. And if you drop clothes off on Saturday morning to pick them up that afternoon, keep in mind that they close at 5p. Theyll usually say, "Itll be ready after 5", probably because their Mon-Fridays are so busy and its a habit to say that, but they close promptly at 5p on Sats.

I have been coming to this place for several years and 2 days ago I picked up my clothing as usual .. Paid $30 for my clothing to get dry cleaned.. Long story short--- something got caught on my blouse and it was missing a piece of fabric and they said it didnt happen here. We not responsible... I had never had issues with them and they treated me awful. I told her Im being very calm about this and all she said we are not giving you anything because we not responsible after clothes leave.. I told her that her sign says you have 48 hrs for a claim with your receipt... If it left store we dont pay nothing she said... Then she said we only give you $10 credit for a blouse that cost me 45 dollars and I had my receipt from Macys and she said I dont want to see your receipt... Very rude people.. I told her to quit talking Chinese because I could not understand the crap she was saying about me. Never going back again... Find a different location because they treat you so sweet and then when you tell them something they get the claws out and try to get you out the store so no other customers hear what you are complaining about.. HORRIBLE PLACE---HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A LONG TIME CUSTOMER

Long time customer and go pick up my clothes and was missing 3 skirts. Lady tried to tell me there were no skirts. And was very rude. They lost my skirts and I will never go back to this place.

White shirts smell horrible. Picked up same shirts with oil stains. Was told may not come out. They did not care I was upset they had stained my shirt and failed to clean it. Will not return.
