Rude. This dry cleaners made my wife and I feel like an inconvenience and a low priority. Ladies, if you want to experience an emotional crisis because a dry cleaners misplaces your favorite dress, look no further. Men, if you want to see your lady update, take her dry cleaning here. I Picked up my dry cleaning a month ago. They counted the items and said everything was there. Got home and my wife noticed her FAVORITE dress was missing. The same day, my wife called the dry cleaners and asked them to look for the dress. Never heard back. So my wife called again a few days later. The dry cleaners said everything was picked up and suggested we lost the dress. My wife pleaded with them to please check again to no avail. 4-weeks later, they called to say they found the dress. I picked up the dress today and the manager was unapologetic and didnt care, as was the case through this whole situation. Dry cleaners have misplaced my items before, but made it a priority to find the misplaced item. No problem, things happen. Not the case for this dry cleaners.

Do not go to this place! They do not care about their customers! They did not follow the label instructions at all and my clothes was seriously damaged/unwearable and there was no way to repair it. When the staff gave me the damaged clothes, she was blaming it all on the clothing manufacturer. How unreliable is that! When I asked for a refund of the dry cleaning costs, the staff said that they couldnt do that because the "dry cleaning service" (whatever that phrases mean) has already been delivered and therefore they needed to get paid! When I asked about their manager, they said their manager would only be available at 6-8am in the morning and other than that shes not available (not even via phone). I was so mad but they do not seem to care or even try to be reasonable. So disapponited and would not recommend this place to anyone!

Never going back. Broke a button on my shirt on my first drop off. Informed them if it, their response: "It happens sometime when they press." I continued taking my clothes for the last few months. I cant take it anymore. I have multiple shirts with broken buttons, cracked buttons and poorly replaced buttons. They are putting random buttons on my shirts instead of the extra buttons that a shirt comes with. Never been to a cleaners that breaks soooo many buttons. A whole separate new issue. One of my shirts had a tag attached to it about not being able to remove a stain. There was no stain to remove when I dropped it off. WTH!!

Do not come here, Ive been to this dry cleaners multiple times so they could clean my button up shirts, and everytime I get them back some buttons are destroyed. Its not one or two buttons on a shirt its multiple buttons on multiple shirts just broken or melted. I told them the last time I went to be careful please and they assured me they will take extra care of them. Got them back yesterday with the buttons destroyed again... Advice, there are other dry cleaners around STAY AWAY from this one.

I have been going here for five years, and always had excellent service from a friendly staff and a manager who knew everyone by name. Recently, there was a turnover in management, which sadly translated to a decrease in quality. The last time I picked up shirts, I discovered that all of them had been shrunk down so that neither the collars nor cuffs could button. The manager seemed more annoyed that she had to talk to me than apologetic for ruining perfectly good shirts from a longtime customer.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY GAVE AWAY NEARLY $3000.00 WORTH OF SUIT PIECES TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER ... the cleaners Gave ALL my husbands SUIT PANTS, to someone ELSE , We received all the jackets back but have yet to get back 5 Slacks and 1 Tuxedo pant, the cleaners has not resolved the issue. The Pants are Still Missing and the manager refused to compensate except through store credit. The owner is out of country.

The General Manager for this store is terribly rude, unprofessional, and accusatory. The staff at the front desk are very good and provide excellent, prompt service. Quality of dry cleaning for clothing is adequate for the price....It is worth it to go to another dry cleaners for a comparable price in order to NOT have to deal with the management...ever.

Decided to try this dry cleaner out after to moving to the area. Dropped off a few brand new shirts to be dried cleaned. They stained the shirts and were unable to remove the stains. After this experience, I will not use their services again.
