AVOID AVOID AVOID. This company shouldnt even get one star. Actually, the cleaning is not bad if you are able to get your clothes back! I have been using Vogue for about 3 months and in that time they have lost my clothes never to be found again, given me someone elses clothing, and the alterations are HORRENDOUS... I took an expensive suit coat that had a small tear on the pocket to be fixed. I specifically told the girl if they could not do it and make it look like brand new to not touch it and give it back. She swore her girls were professional and could do the job… “They do it all the time”. The tear was no more then half an inch. When I came back for it 8 days later the same tear was now at least 3 inches! I was horrified to say the least. The job looked like a blind 6 year old had done it. The lady (same lady that swore they were professional) looked at the job and couldnt believe her eyes and apologized profusely. Said she would get the owner to take a look and that “someone new must have done the work”. SO... 6 days later I get a call from the owner. I tell him all of the problems I have been having with his cleaners and this last boggle alteration takes the cake. Not only does he refuse to take responsibility (even when the girl that did the alteration was next to him and admitted to ripping the coat) he yells at me and tells me I want things for free!!!! I will no longer use Vogue Cleaners in The Woodlands and I will make sure everyone I know will not either. They are completely RUDE INCONSIDERATE and could care less about their customers and their clothes. I am surprised the Better Business Bureau has not come down on this company. I have seen numerous other bad reviews and continue to find more even now. I am sure it will take a law suit or two for this firm to realize they are heading for trouble based on the owner’s idea of “customer support”. They are destroying or losing people’s property and come to find out they charged my credit card twice for the same order– last time I checked that was a crime.

I took a garment to Vouge to have it altered. They told me it would be done in (1) week. Sounded simple enough.......Wrong. When I went to pick it up it was (2) days late, no big deal you say.... it wouldnt have been if they had done the alteration properly. They apologized and said theyd fix it so they kept it for another 4 days. No big deal you say.....4 days later I go back...and they still didnt fix it. Back it went 2 days later I picked it up. So how did the alteration turn out....I think the cashier put it best when she said “I could have done a better job with my home sewing machine”. I havent had anything dry-cleaned there so I cant comment. But if you want your alteration jacked up, this is the place for you.

The feminist women working here discriminate against men working at this location, and its an Americans constitutional right to be considered for employment regardless of ethnicity or gender. What a cheap bunch of judgmental hooker bunch of bitches. These businesss in Market Street in general, just employ fake shallow women to run their business for purely appearances and its disgusting. We want equal opportunity!!!!!! and decent dry cleaning service!!!!!!!!

Their services are not good! I like to have creases in my clothing, which theyre not famous of doing. I will never use their services again!!! The customer service is good, but the owners daughter (Olliah) hospitality is not good at all. She also said they have been in service for 35 years & I am the only customer that has complained about the service, obviously not!! She needs to check reviews!!! Vogue Cleaners sucks!!

We had a very nice experience each time we used these dry cleaners. Their affordability is another plus, as youre able to use the coupons that are printed in the back of the HEB receipts, to help offset the prices that are charged. Id recommend this place for quick and convenient dry cleaning needs.

When Im paying this much to have my clothes dry cleaned, it doesnt seem ok for the owner to look frustrated & change demeanor when I bring in their own store coupons. I think this store could use some coaching on customer service. Other places are way better. I would look elsewhere

The Worst! The Worst! Not only do they make a habit to overcharge every time there. I just noticed three shirts I took there to get cleaned actually came back with coffee stains that were not there when I dropped them off. The Worst!
