I have used this cleaning service for over 2 years and this is my first problem. A pair of Rock Revival jeans from Buckle cost me $130 and they were my favorite pair. They have cleaned them maybe 4 or 5 times. However, this time I did NOT get them back. I know it was miscounted, misplaced or taken. Whichever word needs to be used..... basically. I am truly broken hearted and upset. They said I never gave them the jeans and theres nothing they can do. A few others on the google reviews had this same issue, I wish I had known that before becoming a customer. I will never return.

Stained my clothes, then called us liars and said we did it ourselves, tried to refuse to fix their mistake. The owner hears his employee berating us and doesnt apologize or make the employee apologize for calling us liars. But he does take the pants back. I come back a couple days later to pick them up, stains still there!! But according to the employee, they dont make mistakes like that....as long as the one employee is there AND owned by someone who allows such terrible service, this is NOT the place to take your clothes to.

Brought my shirts here for a while....until one was obviously stained after being "cleaned" and the manager tried to tell it was blood and it was there before. He refused any service and told me to take my business elsewhere. I wasnt even looking for a compensation I would have at least appreciated acknowledgement of the issue. Proper customer service is not a priority here.

Took my new suit here after wearing it two times. They got black stains all over it (it was cream colored) and 2 weeks later they are holding it hostage and refusing to have good customer service by refunding me the cost of the suit. Will never go back.

Took a white skirt there to have a basic clean and have the pleats resteamed. They got a dark stain on it and claimed it had been there from the beginning and that they do not guarantee stain removal. Refused to refund my money.

After using them regularly for the last year or more (10--20 items every 2 weeks or so), weve had zero problems. Ive been to quite a few others in the area before we settled on Louetta.

This is the worst dry cleaner that Ive ever had the misfortune of giving my business to. They have ruined multiple items of clothing and lost an item and refuse to reimburse the cost.
