Great stuff. Most of the staff is excellent. They will re-do it if it is not pressed up to par. Recently I brought in a pair of jeans with a belt loop that popped off on one end that made a hole. They fixed multiple holes for $10 and now I will get more years out of these old jeans. Beats shopping(for my size)! Sometimes I think they encourage stain removal of things they already know wont come out. But you always know the price going into it even if it does not work out.

So... The cons: 17% environmental fee on top of already high prices (at least for their level of service). It seems every week about 3-4 buttons go missing and theyre replaced with poor substitutes sown on with a poor color selection thread. Unfriendly staff. Dont accept American express. Not same day. Pros: always get my stuff back next day, as stated.
