I gave this place way too many chances. It took them 10 weeks to return my comforter. Then they lost part of my shirt. And today they lost my favorite pair of black pants. When I went back to ask about my pants, they gave me someone elses black pants, and insisted they were mine even though they were ankle length for me! The lady who works there is really nice, but hard of hearing and extremely slow. The manager wont be back till next week, which means I probably will never get the pants back, and probably no money for them either. I really really liked these pants - they were fairly new.

Background: - Ive only gotten my dress shirts and slacks laundered and dry-cleaned here, so I can not vouch for any of its other services. PROS: 1) Theres never been more than 1 person ahead of me in line here 2) Theyre always quick 3) I havent ever brought anything back to get redone CONS: 1) Its warm inside? 2) The parking is limited and the parking lot has been full a couple of times. 3) Price isnt the cheapest, but its not bad either.

As soon as I walked into this warm environment I knew that I was being welcomed into a family business that truly cared about their customers. They provided fast and quality service and were the most generous and kind people Ive had the pleasure to meet. The owner of the store greeted me and made my day better by saying "how are you doing?". Truly one of the nicest and best family business Ive had the pleasure of encountering.

This is the perfect dry cleaners! I take all my work clothes here, and they do a fantastic job. The prices are great, the service is always good and prompt, and the staff is friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who lives in the area or needs a convenient, well priced cleaner in the Greenway plaza area.

This place is great! Very fast and friendly service. Plus, they fixed my busted pant hem without me saying anything! Price is decent, given you get what you pay for. Will continue to drop my clothes off here from now on.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They do a great job dry cleaning clothes and the prices are extremely reasonable. Next day service on most items. I highly recommend this place!
