This place has turned horrible. We have been using this service for 2 years until they started ripping up my husbands shirts, all of them at the sleeves (elbow area), in places that could not be repaired. At first we thought the tears were caused by my husband but then we found 2 more shirts in one batch that we picked up and both were ripped. The owner called Val made us wait for days saying he would examine the shirts and get back to us. Eventually we had to track him down after not hearing back and he refused to compensate us and said he did not care about losing our business. We have been bringing 10+ shirts there every couple of weeks so his loss, I guess. Highly discourage anyone from using this mans unethical business. There are plenty of other dry cleaners in the area who care about their customers.

Sooner or later this place will ruin your clothes and then insult you for their incompetence! Recently I noticed a gash in a pair of freshly cleaned pants, made from rip-stop material! I could not figure out where that hole had come from. But when I tried to wear another pair of pants out of the same package, also made from rip-stop material, I noticed that the fronts of both legs had almost a dozen gashes, up to about five or six inches long! The pants had been ironed and packaged by someone fully aware that they were totally ruined. The store immediately tried to blame the age of my pants ( 6 months!), etc., etc.When during a later phone call the same claims were made, I hung up. No more wasting time or money on such dishonest and incompetent people!

Never had a problem here! Except for the parking! Difficult to get your things in & out quickly! One of the assets tho is the lady who works inside!! She is friendly, & a real joy!! Their work is fine tho. - never had a problem with it - & I am picky!!
