DO NOT TAKE YOUR ITEMS HERE!!! I took in some jeans I needed hemmed before I went on vacation, and I specified that I wanted the original hem. They where not ready when they needed to be so I told them never mind I would just pick them up. It took them half the day to find my jeans because apparently alterations are done off site. After they finally got my jeans the alterations person apparently thought she would hurry and hem my jeans after I already said never mind. Well she didnt even put the original hem!!! when the order clearly said original hem!! So now my $100 jeans are ruined with a single white line thats not even straight around the bottom of them. It looks like crap!!! Im taking them to small claims to pay for my jeans. I asked the lady at the desk to have the manager call me and they never did. So now they will pay for my jeans and pay for court fees. TERRIBLE PLACE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ive been going to my local dry cleaners for a few years now, they just had horrible customer service so i had to find another cleaners. I drove pass this cleaners and decided to give them a try. It was the best cleaners by far in my opinion. Although its a little far from my house but is worth the drive. I had couple shirts that were stained pretty bad, according to the previous cleaners ive used they said "they did all they could to remove the stains, it was just a tough one." Keep In Touch actually removed those stains upon request also removing collar stains without asking. Everything looked unnoticeable

I left my wool coat on a Wednesday and returned on Friday to pick it up and it was said to have been cleaned but there was lots of white hairs on it. I came back on Monday to give them enough time to clean it and it was still in the same condition. The clerk said it was cleaned twice and the manager Leslie Lee was a complete jerk about the whole situation. She told me I shouldnt have had so much hair on my coat because they did their best cleaning the coat. So unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend their services due to customer mistreatment and lack of professionalism.

Bad cleaners !!! Really horrible customer service too !!! I accidentally left one of my better handkerchiefs that matched a specific tie perfectly in my suit pocket and they didnt return it to me. All they had to do was pin it to one of my suits or dress shirts problem solved. On top of that they cleaned and pressed my dress shirts but with no creases in the sleeves who does that !!! They said I had to request it !!! WHAT !!! I was like WOW !!! REALLY !!! I never heard of that. Thats like going to get your car washed and having to request they use soap !!!!

Prices are reasonable, quality?.... meh. I asked for heavy starch and as soon as I sit down my shirts/pants are wrinkled to the point they look like they were ironed in.
