I took my Letterman jacket in for them to place two patches that I received during my sophomore year. We discussed for five minutes in their store where I wanted them and the lady measured out where to place my patches. I picked up my jacket this week and they burned the leather on my sleeves and created two holes! Then they accuse me of having these obvious and disgusting holes in my jacket before I brought it in to them which is not true. They destroyed a 16 year old kids letterman jacket, one that I earned; in academic, student council, orchestra, and football and I graduate in 2015. They ruined my jacket and refused to take responsibility. How could they do that to a kid? They should be ashamed of themselves.

Beware of this place...They will damage/ruin your clothing then tell you that you brought the item(s) in this way and its not their fault. Worse place ever to take anything there!. Beware... There are many other places that are much better and respectful.

Best dry cleaners in the area! After the first time I dropped off my clothes they remembered me, so they always were able to get my clothes ready quickly when I pick them up. Great family owned business!

Weve never had issues! Have been going there for years. The owners recognizes us before entering the store and has our items ready without asking. Amazing customer service!

Told me they could not get toothpaste out of a canvas jacket. I am going to look for somewhere else.
