Hoda Sana

Very rude customer service from management. I had a zipper on a pair of jeans that needed to be replaced. When I went in to pick it up, they handed it back to me without the zipper being replaced (I remembered the letters that were on the original metal zipper). I came back and they tried to do the same thing again! I was told to come back a another time and although the zipper had been replaced, the pants had been stretched in different areas and ruined by something they used on it. The manager was not there so I had someone call him and he proceeded to yell at me on the phone telling me I would not be reimbursed for anything and that I needed to pay him $50 to do some kind of analysis on the material to determine if it was ruined...when...you could look at it and see it. This was the worst dry cleaner experience of my life.

I have received nothing but great customer service from both ladies that work there. You can look forward to same day service for most items and they have gotten out any stain I have brought to them.
