Very upset with them. Ive put up with their crappy customer service for 2 years and Im now done with them. They ruined a brand new pair of khakis ($65) and they are not holding themselves accountable for their mistake. The owner had the nerve to charge me a fee $5 to replace the buttons they melted and after I disagreed to pay she asked me to provide her with a receipt. Really....Really.... After 2 years of coming to your business every week. Screw you lady! Im taking my business elsewhere. I spent $20-25 a week on dry cleaning services. Thats over $1,000 a year. They will not be getting that business from me no more. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OBVIOUSLY NOT BUSINESS WISE!!!!! All you needed to do was replace my $2.00 buttons!!! SMH

Took my boyfriends shirts and Levi jeans. Shirts came back well but the jeans were ruined. Those of you knowing the way 501s are suppose to look should understand when I say they came back with the crease down the middle. The blue jeans felt as soft as a t shirt while the grey jeans were completely washed out looking like water marks all over and so starched that they could cut a paper.

DISLIKE!! Took in a shirts and pants and didnt bother checking them in there but as soon as I did at home they had ripped one of my dressing shirts. Went back to tell them about it and was told that it wasnt their problem thats why they have a policy regarding ruptures and ect.highly disappointed with the service my 2 shirts came back with stains. NOT RECOMMENDED! !

Only reason why Im not giving them five stars is because Costumer service is not that great...But they get the job done at an affordable price! Ive been bringing my clothes here for about 8 months and my shirts and slacks still look brand new. Definitely recommend it.

I have been taking clothes here every month for almost a year. I have never had any problems. The inside is a bit dirty but they do a good job cleaning clothes. Cant beat the price either. They have workable hours that allow for easy drop off and pick up.

I dont recommend this place, I dropped of my clothes and I happend to see stains on them. I also dislike the way these ladies treat coustumers.I witnessed them screaming at coustumers and even being racist to them. i really dont recommend this place.
