In 2015, I went to get a name made for my boat at Ink Dots. When I walked in I was met by the receptionist who paged the graphic designer. I felt he thought of himself better than everyone else by the smug way he carried himself and his short responses. After a few minutes, he had the layout and informed me it would take a few days, which I had no problem with. I was surprised the next day when they had the sign ready. I went to the store, paid for and picked up my sign. The next time I went south where my boat was, I decided to go larger and with a different color, so I re-visited the store with the boat for an accurate measurement and color scheme. The graphic designer came out and measured, then we went inside to finalize the order. I never heard back from them. Obviously, my signage wasnt profitable enough for them to concern themselves with so they ignored my order. Go elsewhere since you wouldnt appreciate being treated this way.

My experience with the inkDOTS team has been incredibly awesome!! From their knowledgeable staff who helped me figure out what worked best for me and kept my banner within budget to their fast and steady service I cant say enough good things about them!! If that werent enough, they are the friendliest people around. I called several places before finding them and now Ill only use them for my continued repeat business. Thank you inkDOTS!!

Worse place we have ever dealt with. Daniel took the order to redo a marque for our clubhouse and four months later we still dont have anything. Cancelled the order. Even said dont call me, email me....no communication with this guy. Horrible service.
