So this is a case where customer experience and satisfaction falls completely short. I just moved into The Woodlands over memorial day weekend and had a business networking event come up very quickly. Lost my cards in the move, went to these guys, got a proof, picked up my cards to find them all mottled with the background color. I asked why they looked like that and was told that is what happens when you put that color on that card stock! Could you maybe have told me that before you printed them? So I shouldnt have gone back to them, but was in a place again where I needed cards in a hurry (this time for myself and two sales people). They used a blah grey color to actually print the cards in (the color I sent them was a teal color) and they didnt bat an eye at me, nor were they very friendly on ordering or picking up. All in all, my suggestion is go somewhere else if you want to get what you ask for from hopefully friendly people that know what they are doing.

Darin has handled all of my printing for the last 4 years but today that ended. I requested via email 30, 18 x 24 posters, he printed them 18 x 36 because they were that size on the PDF. My corporate marketing department created the PDF to be printed, I cant not tell what size it is on a computer. If I was a professional printer I would have simply called my customer and stated " if you want them 18 x 24 please re-send the PDF in that size, not very hard. I was shocked when he told me "take them the way there are or forget it all together". The funny thing is this poster was for a toy drive for homeless children staying in a mission in Cypress and I needed to get this distributed this weekend. Now I have to find someone to print them the correct size so they fit on the boxes for the toy drive at the last minute. Pretty Sad!

I am so happy I found this place! This is a family owned business that cares about what they do. The entire team is professional, timely, and attentive to my business needs. They have come up with creative solutions to very complicated jobs I needed done, and made sure it was still cost effective. I appreciate that each job is processed with care, and that it feels like a team effort with my company and their company to create the products I need. Plus, they donate to other local organizations, such as the local swim team. Highly recommend!

I have recently started sending my print work to Darin. We had 1000s of tri-fold marketing material, business cards and 70" tall banners printed for a start up catering company and he exceeded our expectations. Everything has been ready when promised. Darins staff has been very helpful with design and layout issues especially on the banners where I really had no idea what I was doing.
