My excitement was crushed as I experienced all negativity. First no Hi from any of the 4women that I seen, second one was complaining to another about another employee in front of me, clearly they were frustrated, third I heard one of the lady say, "Why is (little girl name) outside by herself, fourth Im left in office alone for more than 7mins with computer on (not locked) a cell phone out on desk, no cameras in office that I noticed, fifth finally when someone came AFTER I asked for help that lady told me to tell the morning person where the paperwork is being put at....umm why? Its not my responsibility to tell another employee where paperwork is filed at. Okay and lastly, the day of daycare (only reserved for one day) (as I am in Austin my friend took my son to place) the lady could not find paperwork therefore told me friend my son cannot stay, then they call me (mind u Im in Austin) she said, "I apologize, I found the paperwork, your friend can come back" Im like what...anyway. it was just horrible...never again. I did tell my friend about paperwork but this is a week before the day of services, and anyway why should we be responsible to let them know where paperwork is at....

CONSTANT ATTITUDE FROM TEACHERS AND SOME SEEM LIKE THEY DONT ENJOY THEIR JOBS. ONE DAYCARE TEACHER WHO WAS NOT MY SON TEACHER PUT MY SON IN TIME OUT FOR SAYING SANTA ISNT REAL AND SOME YOUNGEr KIDS HEARD HIM AND STARTED TO CRY. First of all my son is only 7 AND WE ARE CHRISTIAN SO WE TEACH ABOUT JESUS AND HE DOESNT KNOW WHEN TO NOT SAY IT I FEEL A SIMPLE TALK WOULD OF BEEN OK. SO I COMPLAINED TO HEAD DIRECTOR DONNA WHICH SHE WAS FURIOUS AND HAD A NICE TALK TO THE TEACHER. TEACHER BEEN GIVING ME ATTITUDE SINCE THEN BUT I CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR HER. MY ONE YEAR OLD BEEN HAVING A LOT OF ECZEMA FLARE UPS LATELY SINCE HE BEEN ATTENDING.I DID TELL THEM AHEAD OF TIME WHAT HE WAS ALLERGIC TO AND WHAT NOT TO GIVE HIM BUT THEY WANT A DOCTOR NOTE FOR EVERYTHING EVEN THOUGH MY SON CAN GO INTO ANAPHYLAXIS. IM PRETTY SURE I KNOW MY SON NEEDS BETTER THAN THEY DO. BEEN THINKING ABOUT CHANGING DAYCARES

Creates lots of traffic in morning for a couple hours and again in late afternoon. They should have never put one right there in the of what is already busy enough. They should occupy a building in nearby strip mall thats vacant and then westdale hills could use it for admin or business end of its operations like accounting etc and would open up current building to do things like resident services such as maybe and computer/business center and maybe make a quiet room with sound barrier to eliminate outside noise so residents and/or their children can come read, meditate, or whatever else it could be used for. Like place you can hear yourself think.

The director is very unprofessional for someone who is in charge of running a child care center. Has a attitude with in the first 5 minutes of speaking to her. I have been in the childcare field for 5 years and this is the most unprofessional director I have seen. If youre running a Childcare Center a little tip would to be warm and welcoming and SMILE! Also, as I was waiting in the hallway I was sitting down and a teacher brings a glass tile who was not very warm with the kids either. She looked very unhappy. A place with attitudes is not a good environment for kids

I went in and i was not addressed then the director assistant raised her voice at me then the teacher yelled and was rude she was tugging and yelling on a child . i was observing and they are not nice to these kids. Please be careful with this daycare if u look at the reviews they are not lying miss Belinda was the teacher that was yelling and tugging on these sweet little ones. I use to work at a daycare and you dont treat any child like that also they need to close this certain daycare down.

I am a new employee at Little Tykes I have only been working there for 7 months the things I love about working there is the children and parents I love that I can be having an off day and a child will say or do something like when I am driving the bus on a field trip and they start singing nothing makes you feel better then a child to put you back in check and the parents I appreciate them too

I have been taking my nephew to the Sotogrande campus for 4 years now. The staff are always courteous and very helpful! He LOVES every teacher there and enjoys going....he actually gets super excited when he knows hes going there instead of school on closed school days.

My son Aidan has been coming here since he was old enough to come to daycare, He loves attending and riding the bus to and from school. I havent heard anything negative from him, and he loves his teachers.
