Ive had the absolute worst experience with this agency. I applied back in October 2016 and was told that I was going to be placed on a job but after waiting weeks for a starting date and getting tons of excuses, I kinda gave up. I finally decided to call to check to see if they had a starting date for me yet, and this continued til December, they still didnt have a starting date for me even in December but mentioned another job to me and since it was Christmas time, I accepted the job. I signed paperwork stating that I would be paid a little more than $12hr but a few days later received an email saying that my pay rate would be $11.75! On my 1st trip to this office I gave copies of my ID & Social Security card then was later asked to email them again then like an hour later I was told that I would have to come up in person to bring the documents. I was just given the run around but I did it because it was almost Christmas. Well after 2 months of waiting to be placed after the fact that I was told that they had placement for me in October, I was finally placed on a job, "the job from hell". I was there for 3 weeks. Aerotek never paid me for the first week, I continued to work thinking they would straighten it out, this past Thursday was my second check and it was over $400 short! I was told the next day by payroll that my check would be Fed Ex to my house the next day, which was Christmas Eve, and I have not received it yet!!! No Fed Ex has been to my door. I wasnt able to have the Christmas that I wanted for my children because of this. Payroll tried to blame me saying that I didnt submit my online time sheet on time but they are so unorganized that I didnt have access to the online time sheet right away and was told that I would get paid by the time of my door swipe....that wasnt true either! I really wished that I could give this place zero stars like 100 times and theres so much more that I could say but Im going to end this right here because Im getting a headache just thinking about it. But Ill guarantee that I will never use this place again and I advise no one else to do business with these people either but take chances if you want to and youll regret it!!!

Seems nice at first! Nice office, nice people, nice scenery. But over all a waste of time, if you find your self ineed of work asap do not come here. Even if you have some time to kill and are willing to wait for a call back I repeat DO NOT COME HERE!! They feed you lies saying theyll get something for you ASAP, and will most certainly follow up with you. Never heard from them. Not even a courtesy call to let me know the company went another route. I put my life on hold for a week becuse they told me i was a strong candidate for the position. After multiple faild attempts to contact them I figured they went out of busses but nope i see there still around. Little insight on how a temp agency business works, if you hire people and send them to work your company makes money! That simple!

The worst experience ever. I was hired by one of their clients on March 22nd, took my drug test and did my background check. It is May and I still havent started. Week after week I was told oh youll start next week. They dont communicate nor answer the phone or return your call. They push you off to other recruiters and no one knows anything. I was told because I hadnt started with their client I would be placed some where else. Still no one has called me or returned my call. So I am still unemployed and looking for work smh. Instead of helping you they make your situation worse. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

My visit was very unpleasant the recruiter Song Thao was very unprofessional.She degraded me and tried to challenge my intelligence.She did not focus on helping me but focused more on my credibility and why she should give me a job that she described to my understanding to be boring and unappealing. I wouldnt recommend going there for help finding a job to anyone but I will say that if you do decide to go you should speak with Michaela Silhasek. She was very helpful,caring, and showed great people skills. She made feel like she really wanted to help me find a job even if it wasnt with them.

I have a college degree and excellent experience but when I send my resume to these people its like it goes into a black hole. I never hear anything and I have to call constantly. They will talk to me a bit but they dont ever really have anything. And soon after the communication will stop altogether. The only folk I know who have worked for them have only worked warehouse jobs. I dont believe they get really professional work.

Very unprofessional. My assignment was ended by a late evening text that I didnt see until I arrived to work the next day. Its been 3 weeks and I still dont know what happened. My recruiter R.S. returned my call after a week and said he didnt know and would find out and give we feedback. 3 weeks now. REALLY? I have called the office numerous times and get bounced around. Of course no one answers their phone or return calls.

If theres something I hate about staffing agencies is the lack of communication and making you feel like youre a great fit and make you wait weeks upon weeks " while they send your info to the client " and all the waiting for NOTHING! and then they dissappear. No call, no email, no answer or reply. This agency is NO EXCEPTION. ITS REALLY AGGRAVATING. I am still yet to find one that exceeds my expectations.

Simply put I am almost 100% positive that this place mainly focuses on turning over quantities of employees. What makes Aerotek a success is hiring scores and scores of people and then firing them and then hiring new ones Im still not quite sure how all of this works. But dont expect any kind of long-term job security and dont expect any type of forewarning or any type of communication.

Trainwreck of an operation. First they try to send me to a job that wasnt even hiring for 3 more months, then after verifying my experience with their next attempt, I was told six years was plenty. Then, when I go to meet with the company they want more experience. Aerotek has proven to be a waste of time and a shining example of unprofessionalism at every turn.

Very clean and professional location its a Site to remember the service was quick I think I was there for about an 45 minutes I completed my application there the guy kurt who interviewed me was really cool made me feel comfortable instead of interrogated and I left with an assignment I recommend this place and bring your camera the site is beautiful

Its been 4 weeks since I received a job offer and no one has called with a start date. Ive left a numerous amount of VM on different recruiters phones and no returned calls. If something happened just give me some type of courtesy call. Stressful
