I wouldnt recommend this staffing agency to anyone looking for anything other than general labor. I went there about a month ago looking for something along the lines of clerical, and after filling out all that paper work they told me they had no clerical work and rarely came across any. However before I walked into the office I checked the site for jobs, where I found tons of clerical and receptionist work in my city. I felt I was baited in hopes I would settle for a general labor gig in Lancaster. To add insult to injury they gave me their card and told me they would contact me if anything came up. They still call about GENERAL LABOR. I am not a brat or ungrateful but I managed to climb my way out of working 12 hr shifts on my feet the whole time for people who treat you like cattle, I will turn back for no one.

Worst temp service of all. Do not deal especially with the associate by the name Veronica. Not only rude with sarcastic remarks but no common sense whatsoever!!!!! After her screw up, my husband waited a month to receive 3 wks of pay after being given the run around by phone. These females will not jump on an issue unless you show in person. After a frustrating month of no pay, he was deducted nearly $300 due to her taking it upon herself to change his allowances & when confronted about it her word for word response was, "Why does it matter?" If you do not realize thats federal then you have no business working in personnel! Not only do we highly recommend you not attempt to get involved with this temp but we will be calling BBB to report these associates.

About 3 weeks ago, I came in.. applied.. filled out paperwork and took a drug test. They told me it would take 2-3 days for my background results to come back. Here I am 3 WEEKS later and theyre giving me the same excuse every day when I come in or call them..."Im sorry, were just really understaffed right now and weve had so many people but well writeyour name down and see whats going on." Thank god I already have a job or Id be homeless and starving relying on this place to help me get the ball rolling.

A week later and still no job. I was promised a job a day later and now I have to call for the office to tell me theyll look to see what they have Monday and today is Thursday. I Dont recommend this place. I could of been working for another temp service already if I never would of wasted my time here. And dont ask for a call back because you never will get it. You have to call them and when you do they rush you off the phone saying well call you in a hour or two. Worse temp temp service I ever been to.

I went in the office and apply on Wednesday talk with Broke.Broke set me up with a interview with a awsome company on Thursday and on Friday i got Hire. Start work on Monday. What a Awsome group. Dont go there, they are absolutely HORRIBLE, i waisted an hour in there office doing their stupid survey and sign up for the application and after i done that she came and told me that she is sorry but my application has been flagged for no reason at all and that i can apply again in six months, total waste of time

Staff was rude both in person and over the phone, so I went to the Carollton location. Recruiters THERE were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend that location instead :)
