So my 14yrs old kid has an appointment @ 1st stop barber shop @ 12pm so i getting my other 2 bbs ready & we head out 2 the appointment it takes me 15mins 2 get there so I arrive 2 minutes late because of the traffic & he has someone else sitting cutting there hair & he tells my kid he cant take him no more cause he was late so I go in there and start telling him why would he do that if I was 2 minutes late," hes like well ur late" Im like well how about when we are early and my kids have 2 wait 5 to 10 minutes its OK 4 u but Im late 2 and u have someone else thats messed up... I walked out so later my kids calls 4 an appointment with someone else and Gabriel the guy I had the appropriate with says we are not welcome 2 that barbershop no more. We have been there 4 the longest time. I guess he got mad couse I said all this in front of other people. ..

I would love to give the shop as a whole 5 stars, but the customer service sucks. Darold does a GREAT job on my sons hair and my eyebrows and he is a nice young man. I give him 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. He Makes my son feel comfortable and at ease. However, the other people in this shop should take a customer service class. Called to add my son to my appointment and the guy hung up on me. Called back took him a while to answer, then he had a dry response, as if I ( a paying customer) was getting on his nerve. They always look like they are on agg mode (aggravated). Darold is a Great Barber and has excellent customer service skills. Hope Darold opens up his own shop some day.

I had taken my son to a few shops prior to coming here and he was unhappy. I googled barber shops and 1 stop popped up and had good ratings so I told him we would try it even though we live in Las Colinas. We did not have an appt, but the wait was short. I didnt request any certain barber since we were a walk-in, but Dianas chair opened up first and i couldnt be happier! Diana is AMAZING!!!!! Not only just her barber skills, but she was very patient with my son, 10yr old boys can be difficult when having to sit for any period of time, lol! Thank you again for your patience and precision, you are phenomenal ❤

I found 1 stop barber shop on Instagram, they tagged some pics with some good haircuts so I tried it out. Its been about 3 years now that Sara has been cutting my hair and since day one has done an amazing job. All she asks in return is for you to be on time for your appointments and that is totally understandable because the haircut at 1 stop barber shop is very well worth it. People are usually waiting to get a haircut because they dont make appointments, so your best bet is to call and make an appointment and be on time so nobody takes your spot. FLex_da_kat on IG

My experience at this barbershop has been absolutely astounding. The clean environment is most satisfying. The positive energy from all the staff is most comforting. This is definitely one of the most professional establishments Ive had the pleasure of giving my business to. Especially the friendly young lady whos station is at the end, Sara. Shes a fantastic barber, a very great asset to this barber shop. I will definitely be returning for my weekly cut here at One Stop Barbershop. Keep up the great work guys.

Hands down the best barber shop in Denton county. I travel all over and it is rare to find 2 barbers as steady and smooth with a straight razor as Gabriel and Jose. Fade, part, edges and my beard are all on point when I get up from the chair. I get a bald fade with a part and a shave with sharp edge on beard 2x a week, everytime i get hair & beard done elsewhere in the state i regret not waiting for Gabriel. Not only is the shop full of great barbers, they are genuinely good people with good conversation.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment for my son, we got there signed in sat down. Then were told there was only one person that could cut his hair and the appointment was deleted so she didnt know about it. After I told them I was unhappy she also said you were late. I got there 1 minute passed my appointment time. No one was unavailable to cut hair so throwing in we were one minute late was insulting. Terrible experience horrible service.

I been visiting 1 stop Barber shop the last 2 months. Gabriel its the best , he always do my hair cut and hes always cool made my day. Also Sara do my hair cut as well when Gabriel is too busy and shes a lovely Angel and very nice person. From now on this my number 1 Barber shop. Terrible experience as a visitor to the state and 1st time customer. Customer service was terrible. I sat for almost 2 hours and No one said anything to me until One barber came in at 10 and pretty much let me know how things were ran there. I put my name on the list and they kept calling people before me, and im not talking bout the clients who made appointments. Clean facility tho thats it.

Ive always struggled to find a barbershop to get a haircut at that is close to home and if you know me Im very picky with my haircuts. I came across One Stop Barber Shop and it has been my all time favorite place to go for the past 2 years now. Place is always clean, staff is amazing, very peaceful environment. Im new to Texas (just moved from CA) and everybody knows finding a new good barber is really hard. For the first couple months I didnt even try. I decided Id try to learn to cut my own. I didnt do terrible but my work was very obviously not the fresh cut we all love so I went in and I forgot to get the name of the barber but she did it right. Ill be back.

Walked in feeling like an out of place white dude. Walked out feeling like a ballerrrrrrr. Id come to this place just to hangout. They have chips and drinks. I didnt have any but I looked at them often during my corte. Corte is Spanish for haircut. My experience was not only fun AF but informative as well. VIVA 1 STOP BARBERSHOP!!!

Little to no wait if you call ahead of time and make an appointment. If there is a long wait, its because theyre taking their time to give the person who came in before you a quality cut. Best place around if you like fades, and the prices are unbeatable. Cash only, so make sure you hit up an ATM first.
