First off, the reviews on their Facebook page were hidden after I left my review. Second, this is the 2nd review I leave on google. Apparently they were able to delete my first one. So here it goes again. My child attended Kiddie Kampus for 3 years and we never had any major issues. Immediately after Handprints bought the day care they made the secretary/assistant the director and it all went down hill from there. We noticed a difference immediately. We were under charged and over charged and the directors excuse was always the same. However thats the least of my complaints. My real reasoning behind this review is because my child was struck by a teacher under the directors care. Although we assumed it was accidental, the director had no idea how to handle the situation. I have text messages between us where she openly admits that she does not know proper protocol. We had high hopes of finding out what happened so that we could correct the issue but unfortunately only after involving the police, did we find out that the cameras during the time of the incident were not functioning. Again, these are facts. The director lacks any kind of Managemet skills. She is presentable and is very nice however I personally feel that lack of management and knowledge in her field can put several childrens lives in danger. If you look online you will also find where a child recently (not mine) had a lump on his/her head the size of an egg and the director did not follow proper protocol immediately. She only corrected it after the state was called. I can not speak on that incident as I only know what I read but I throw it out there as another example of the directors lack of management and poor director skills. If you happen to know my family and or myself, you will know that we wouldnt leave such a review just because we are upset. I seek the best in people and I feel that everyone makes mistakes but this incident right here and the way they continue to TRY to sweep it under the rug is absolutely unacceptable!! Feel free to contact me for dates, times, messages etc. regarding my personal incident. I hope that they improve their management and supervision for the sake of those kids and their parents. Also, if you have a hyper active child DO NOT and I mean DO NOT let your child attend here. The directors supervisor admitted herself in a phone conversation that the teachers were not properly trained to handle certain situations and found a solution by sending them home with training packets.

My son has been attending this daycare for over a year. We have never had any problems. The staff are friendly. The children are all very well taken care of. The doors are always open to parents and the teachers are all very used to people watching them. Unike some daycares he has been to. They have good curriculms... healthy food and the playground is safe. It is a little pricey but they take care of the building and hire the best staff!

Because of the change in management we had to leave. That change has also kept us from returning and putting our second child in daycare.
