Despite the poor reviews on here I myself have had a wonderful experience with everyone here. I successfully got hired on from my temp position to a permanent one. I have never had anyone of the employees or the manager treat me wrong or foul in any manner, as a matter of fact I found everyone in my dealings quite professional and very helpful. Carla Purcell even sent kind emails to me every week when I emailed my time card in. I can say in regard to the poor reviews these guys deal with a million petty people and problems everyday so it goes a long way when you have all of your ducks in a row and go about your business in a kind manner. As I have said everyone here has been great and shared interest in my success Ive been meaning to post this review for a few weeks now so a belated thank you to everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with!!!!!!!!! Best of luck to all of you!

Applied online then got called for an interview only to be turned down because of a couple misdemeanors that were not even suggesting I couldnt be an excellent employee. 10 yrs experience in manual machining and good at what I do. Can pass a hair follicle test and everything. But this woman just had a cob up her ass! Very snooty and probably has never seen a hard time in her life. Shes the owner by the way. Wouldnt even pass me by the clients ears. Or I probably wouldve been hired. VERY snooty and have heard this from many professionals since this altercation. Hope they go under!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My boyfriend turned in an application and gave them a resume but when they set up an interview the woman had lost them both. She refused to help him because he had moved around when he was younger even though he had worked at Trinity for the past four years and has lived in the same house for the past three years. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a job.

I lost my job and only after 1 day of no work, the staff had put me back to work, however the job only lasted a month. Then I was jobless again. I called once a week to make myself available and never heard from them. I even emailed the ladies and still no luck. I understand that they deal with many people just besides myself.

This place is not a job that can hire you, it is a place that gathers your information then gives it to companies that can use you based on your past work history and skills. Dont come in with high hopes thinking youre going to get hired. This place dosent hire people.

Very unprofessional, I called to say that I had found a better job with a better schedule. After witch theyre tone turned very sour. I dont see why this would matter much to them. I even explained why but they ended the call quickly with an "OK bye"

The only reason it got at least one star is because I had to rate in order to post. Went to this office once, and Ill never go again. I was treated with so much unprofessionalism. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this agency
