I am very qualified for many Jobs/ Careers. I have been in retail Supervise/ Management for over 13 yrs. But No matter which job I asked about, professional or the line of Retail, I was never contacted nor did they ever contact me when I applied. When I was called, it was for labor work, low paying jobs or temp positions. I felt like I was not Good enough for them to help. When I moved to this area 2 yrs ago, I was told Highly of ERC. I do not see it and I do not feel it.

Took them over a month to get me a job that I had already applied for twice and they make you fill out the same redundant applications multiple times then interview you with the same questions that are on the applications. Not a very quick way to get a job if that is what you are looking for. The only jobs they have available are factory work and menial labor.

Employment Resource Center has provided our business with a few employees over the past few years. Although they were hired as temporary, they have become great long-term employees. It was easy to convert them from temp to permanent. ERC truly wanted what was best for both us as a client and the employee they placed with us. THANKS ERC!

Employment Resource Center has never let us down. Even with last minute staffing requests they have always been able to fulfill our needs. They provide great customer service and a level of professionalism that we have not gotten anywhere else. There is not another staffing agency that we would consider using.
