If I could give her no stars, you bet I would. I normally dont ever write reviews unless I absolutely despised the service or product I received. This is one of those cases. We paid her upfront and in months advance. We had 90% of everything planned out months before the big day. She was responsive and communicated quickly in the first few weeks and then absolutely nothing in the months after. So on the big day we were hopeful the flowers and decorations were just delayed a little. Nope, the food, flowers, decorations never arrived. THE ONLY things that went right were the services we paid for and were not under her control. Instead we had to pay additional out of pocket to feed the guests and no one got to eat til 9. I never saw any appetizers for cocktail hour. Food service was horrendous, because the guests ONLY had an open bar. All of our sober guests stayed thirsty that night. So I paid full price for a wedding and received half of it. We tried to be as kind and considerate as we could, but kindness should not be taken as a sign of weakness. You only get one true first wedding, spend your money elsewhere or forever remember how terribly bad your wedding goes.

Because I had to give a star if not there would be negative one. Had a wedding in April and used Branding Iron events in Luling, Tx. First, the decorations were nice but that is about it. The food, cake, to the service of her coordination was very disappointing. My four children could have done a better job and everything. I wished We went with someone else. After the fact Cheryl stated that we would receive a refund of 850 on April 17. After, a week she stated that the check was in the mail. Which was a lie. After dropping me off of Facebook, not returning calls, or emails. I had to get the better business bureau and the Attorney General office involved and she did not work with them either. My last resort was contacting the Zidler Mill and getting them involved. After two months I final got my refund but the owner Cheryl was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Dont let this happen to you. If anyone suggests this company Branding Iron events to you, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

Let me tell you a horror story: they ran out of food, didnt have food ready until 9pm, and did not have the cake ready. It was 10:30 at night when they finally just snuck out the backdoor and left the unfinished cake in the kitchen. Do not use this company.
