I placed an online order at 10:15 am and requested it to be ready at 10:45 am. When I arrived at 10:45 am my order was not ready or even started!!! My order was not ready until 11am!!! I paid online for pickup at 10:45 am and did not receive what I paid for! Ill never order online from Firehouse again!!! I ended up getting lunch to my husband late since his lunch started at 11am.

Was excited to try a new place as its been a while since I have had a good sandwich or sub. Ordered two subs and both of them had onions after specifically asking for no onions. Will not be getting food from here again which is a shame.

Great subs, but I recommend eating there because most sandwiches get soggy pretty quick with all that is but on them.
