I Have went 3 times and neither time has my food been fresh nor has it been worth the price. My tenders were extremely small each time(2 fit in my 2 year olds HAND(no "s") perfectly) and it cost extra to get a different side other than fries. I use to drive from Mansfield to arlington at least 2 times every other week for "Golden Chick", so when I saw one being build near me I was excited. But its not even worth it. The workers are nice and understanding, but if I have to go in and explain every time I come and order food here, whats the point? Golden Chick use to be a good restaurant now its all about the money (like most other fast food chains). If I pay $8 for an adult meal I expect an adult meal not a kids meal thats only worth $2.99.

This place sucks the service sucks I just left out after getting a refund for my order after taking 20 minutes for 110 piece box of chicken on top of that I had to argue with the manager because I made a statement about the whole store being dirty even all the tables where dirty One customer had to walk up to the counter and ask one of the workers for a child to wipe his own table all the manager sucks the whole establishment sucks

My huaband and i just left golden chick. I usually go inside. But today i decided why not go through drive thru. It was a little confusing with the woman at drive thru. However she rectified issue and was very kind. We are all human and make mistakes. I love the food!God willing will try drive thru again.

Friendly staff and the food is pretty. This particular Golden Chick location does a really good job keeping the facility clean. Just a friendly tip if you are military they will provide you with a military discount as long as you present a valid military id.

Terrible, terrible, experience at this restaurant dont eat here the manager lies and encourages the employees to lie as well I just busted her in her lies and she could say nothing I will never eat here our golden chick again youve been warned stay away!!!!!

The food is decent and I would give it 3.5 stars but they have free ice cream. The problem is it is always out of order. The last 5 times Ive been I was able to get ice cream one time. If you offer it, it better be available.

Fast food restaurant serving chicken (roasted, grilled, fried) in different size orders and parts of the chicken. Staff was courteous and accommodating. I think KFC is a better place to go for Fast Food Chicken.
