When I approached the counter today (5-16-17) at 7:30pm to start my order I said hello to the first female employee with dark hair on the line- happy that I was finally getting some food after a long day. And instead of it being reciprocated, I was greeted with a stoic-faced, "Bowl or burrito?" It was very off putting since that was the first person I interacted with, but even though I felt unwelcome Ive also worked in the service industry before, and I thought maybe she was having a bad day. However after a straining conversation building part of my bowl with her, I was greeted by the next two employees with smiling faces and upbeat conversation. Prior to paying I look back at the first girl, as the cashier went to tell her something, and this once cold shouldered girl was now smiling and laughing. Even though the last two employees were very kind I couldnt help but feel as though this girl was mad at me for some reason. I dont understand. I felt my mood instantly go down because I was greeted in a way in which made me feel like I shouldnt be there, only to find out that there was nothing wrong with this girl but her attitude towards customers. Im really disappointed because despite the food being fine, that girl simply left a bad taste in my mouth.

My 13-year-old has Celiac Disease, and he never has to worry about cross-contamination when he eats here. The staff has clearly been trained in proper protocol because all my son has to do is say the word "celiac" and the server will stop, wash his hands thoroughly and change his gloves. The workers are always sure to relay down the line whether or not the others need to follow the same protocol or if the initial server is going to handle the whole meal. This mom appreciates the respect and care they show while preparing my sons meal, and its always delicious to boot!

One of the slowest chipotle. The employees are not friendly at all and it takes 15 min just to get 1 burrito, when only 2 people are in the line. Bunch of high school kids work at this place and they are rude and dont care at all. There is never a manager back there to monitor the employees. They are also very stingy when it comes to adding veggies to your burrito. They put 2 slices of bell pepper and 2 slices of onion and they refuse to put any more. Never eat at this place...you will regret it.

Ive gone there for months now and recently the serving sizes are getting smaller and smaller. God forbid you order via the app, because then they will serve you kid size rice and beans with nonexistent lettuce. What you see on the picture is what you will get now days, and even then the serving in the pic are generous. I will change the place I go for for burrito bowls now days, chipotle lost a costumer in me

My wife and i both ordered a quesoritos. They told me that they stopped using two tortillas for that type of burrito. This is the only time Ive been told that and this is also the only time Ive dined at this location. It doesnt sound like a big deal until you realise that they add a $3.50 charge PER quesorito. So they charge you EXTRA for something that they DO NOT make properly.

My go-to order is a chicken bowl with extra rice and pinto beans. I always ask for a tortilla on the side which they throw in, free of charge! I also have learned from my friend Jake that you can never go wrong adding extra of their medium salsa. It adds so much flavor to the dish! I visit here often and know many of the staff. Its a great spot to chow down that is close to UTA.

This is my second time ordering from this location and NEVER AGAIN. Nothing but young kids that do not know how to read a fax apparently. We ordered 5 meals to get them all wrong the second time around. I guess you should go there and ask for what you want so when you get it its right.

Just a suggestion: "Id be happy to take your order but Im afraid were very busy so its going to take awhile to get to it," would be a much more professional response than, "Dude, can you like order online or something?" Great service in person, just need some work on the phones.

Waited 20 minutes for them to cook beans. Come to find out they didnt even have them cooking. Then the lady at the counter got an attitude when I asked for fresh rice since that rice had been sitting while the beans where cooking.

My only complaint is the steak. For the amount you get it has recently been either hard or had alot of nerves, not pleasant when eating it in burrito or bowl. Other than that location is decent.

Nothings better for lunch than a heaping "burrito bowl" full of your favorite, freshest ingredients, and some delicious, crunchy chips. Just make sure the servers give you proper portions!

Food was great customer service was good. Food is allittle messy. Buritos wear so stuffed that they couldnt even fold them. And eating them was harder. I would suggest the bowl..

They made a free burrito after the cashier accidentally bumped the first one off the counter, onto the floor. They even let me have double meat and double cheese again.
