In October of 2016 luxor staffing(mesquite) sent me to Integracolor in the screen printing department. In December my boss( Mike Green) told me on the first of the year he was going to hire me. As geting closer to Feb. The lead of the department(Will) told me that Mike has had 2 interviews sence the first of January and is going to offer more money to one of them. Im not upset about Mike Green offering sumone else more money. Business is business but no excuse for telling me ur going to hire me then when it comes down to it u flake out. I kno i could of handle it better to and i take full responsibility for my actions but Mike, Will, Bob, Pam, Martha and Araceli cant say I didnt prove myself. Kinda sad after 4 months of working hard and I tell u I got a job offer sum where else.(which was a bluff) U let me go like I was just a dog on the streets. DO NOT GO WORK AT INTEGRACOLOR OR LUXOR STAFFING.THEY WILL LIE SAYING THEY WILL HIRE U FULL TIME. ITS A LIE. THEY JUST WANT U STAY UNTIL U GET SICK OF THE $8 A HOUR. NEITHER DO THEY CARE ABOUT U OR ANY OF UR FRIENDS OR FAMILY MOVING ON AND SUCCEEDING IN LIFE. TRUST ME ON THIS IF U DONT GO SEE URSELF.

One of the most worst companies a person can ever work for if youre not Hispanic you wont last long the supervisor in the Fulfillment Department Mary is very racist she have been doing illegal things going to lunch pretending like shes clocking out not clocking out no African American person works on shift and if they do if they are temps they never last long I dont understand why or how this could go on for so long I was even told by an employee that been working there f for a couple of months that the lady in HR takes up for her and fix her time thats supposed to automatically grounds for termination but yet they try to find faults in other people the turnover rate is ridiculous they have African American supervisors thats not getting paid to be a supervisor I guess they only like the title of supervisor yes they will give you a promotion or even offer a promotion with no pay if you are the type of person that stand up for yourself and voice your opinion you would not lastat this company the only people that ever last at this company or people that shut up and do as they say this is a sad place to work.

I wont say they are racist but they do prefer people who can speak spanish. The management, especially in fulfillment, play favorites and dont enforce the rules for the people they like. Ive heard many people complain about denied transfers for bogus reasons and threats of termination if you try to go over their heads. Many people get hired for "Managment Positions" or Team Leads but if a manager takes a dislike to you then they dont want to train you and you end up doing grunt work. Also, they literally dont pay you enough to put up with it. Youre lucky if you get 10.00 an hour being a Team Lead.

I dont want to use the racist card,but I have seen were a Supervisor lets individuals talk all day doing no work while he enforces other people not to talk and work.What color were they?The people he(supervisor) was showing favoritism to are Spanish speaking people and the other people that wasnt getting treated fairly was,you guessed it right, African American. No,not a good place to work at.Not only that. I heard from a current employee that they dont like giving you any off days.Yes,seven days a week no off days.Its nothing but a slave plantation if you ask me.

Sorry Integra. You have to get estimates done if you want business. No one answers the phone EVER. (besides receptionist who seems to care). I guess you have enough business and dont need "little" clients. Sent an estimate the last 3 times to my rep "David" and he never even send them to me. No Estimates = No Jobs. When they did send (one year ago) me an estimate in the past it took 7 working days. You guys will go out of business for sure. And with your horrible customer service you wont be able to hang on the current customers. Bye, Bye Intregra Color

The are racists Mexicans treat ppl like there trash and will fire u if u say anything about it white Americans and black Americans even Hispanic hate this place because of the racism my son stood up to it because he wasnt raised that way they fired him the next day the supervisor never spoke to him or help in is training and when he asked why the next day they fires him said place protests or coming soon I promise

Have worked with Integra for many years now and the staff was so pleasant I joined em a few months ago. Has been a great place to come to each morning.....
