Possibly the WORST experience I have ever had at a Kinkos. I walk in and wait in line for about 15 minutes. When its finally my turn the lady tells me it would just be easier if I printed things myself at a work station. I told her I understood that but I also had several other things to purchase while there and I didnt need multiple receipts. I just wanted one receipt for everything and was only needing 5 pages printed from my usb. She then proceeded to tell me she was to busy (there were no other customers in the store at this point) and that I would have to wait about 15-20 minutes. All I needed was her to print 5 pages and ring me up. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and I advise no one to go to this location for their business needs.

This place has horrible customer service!!! Every time I go here it seems like Im forced to figure out the process on my own... figuring out which counter I need to pay at, how to get the computers to do what I need, etc. My questions were very simple and easy to fix however the staff were too busy to even acknowledge me even when they were even helping anyone. Ive stood in the wrong line for 30 minutes while a cashier was open but just stood there as if they were too busy to help! This place is ridiculous!!!!!!

Today I went to mail some packages. Our Fedex guy Jermey is a very friendly guy. He help us with our packages and explain which service cost what price. Then I bring my separate packages and this time a lady served us. She was a very rude and unprofessional. When I asked some questions regarding my packages. She answered rudely and not willing to help us. I took my packages back and mail with other services.

Rude staff and unwilling to help their customers. Missed out on a paying customer because she refused to print from her printer instead of the self serve printer which had errors. She let a paying customer leave without trying to help and didnt say a word as I left the building. I will not return to this location as there are much more helpful locations willing to accommodate their customers.

I just had a fantastic experience at this location. The employee who helped me was was very nice and patient. He showed me how to use the printer, and when it wouldnt print my document, he took care of it all for me. He was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely return here and recommend it to others.

Had trouble with the fax machine, they were kind of busy but after struggling for 10 minutes and bring ignored we asked for help and her response was the line was busy and continued ignoring us. Waited a few more minutes and then left. Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of our lives on something that only took 5 at a non fedex store.

Went here today with my girlfriend to get some copies made. The woman working helped us out tremendously explaining how to use the copier for 2-sided prints and was very pleasant the entire time. We didnt feel rushed even though it took a while and we asked a fair amount of questions. Great service!

Ive been using this location for a few months now because it is convenient. Customer service has been ok up until today. Today it was so bad i just told them no thanks and went with UPS.
