Im about to do something I never do because I know with out a doubt that this is the cause and i think everyone has a right to know. But I brought both my kids in for a hair cut and the lady pulled out a dirty brush and put it in my childs hair. I immediately ran over and asked her to get a clean brush. She had to get one from someone elses station. Now my children 4 days later had LICE. I am the kind of person to give credit where its due and normal NEVER leave a bad review but this is totally unacceptable. I just thought you should know. Now Im not saying everyone who works there has lice infected stuff all Im saying is that there is some sort of problem there and you need to be careful.

My daughter came in for a trim on her long hair yesterday. She asked for 2 inches to be taken off. The hairstylist told her she needed more like 4 cut off because the ends weree damaged. My daughter relented and said no more than 3. Well she ended up with having 6 inches cut off! She is a teenager, and when I picked her up I was shocked. I was not sure what happened so I did not say anything and just payed the bill. Very dissapointed with the lack of caring what the client says. Regardless of the stylists opinion, she needs to respect her clients wishes!

Anytime I need a quick haircut for anyone in my family we always go here. When reading some of the reviews at first I was worried because of one or two bad reviews but management and ownership have changed since then. This place is clean, fast and very cost effective. They make an experience that I normally hate great. It’s worth the drive and I still save time due to getting in and out faster.

Im not much of a review person but in this case I had to write one. My stylist took her time making sure my high and tight haircut was on point. You guys know what Im talking about its hard to find a good stylist. Way to go fantastic sams murphy.

Our stylist is great with the whole family, including myself and two toddlers. They are flexible with us changing appointments and she has sometimes stayed late to the comedy us.
