Waited for 45 mins, the supervisor started arguing that we called your name & no one responded, while we were present all the time. Then came up with another one that all of them signed online, while the sign in sheet was the proof. They let 5 people go ahead of us and instead of apologizing for their mis-mangement/error the attitude was pathetic, if you screw up be honest & own it instead acting jerk. The people working there are great, the supervisor need to learn from them !!!

The wait time is normal, no complaints there. However, Ive been here four times and they seem to only employ brand new, right out of hair school stylists with no experience. The prices should be a lot lower if thats the case. Theyve butchered my kids hair twice. I wont be back. They couldnt follow simple directions. Great Clips it is from now on.
