Frontline is not on the front line of ANYTHING. The recruiters are very rude and unprofessional. They act like you are annoying them if you call to check on openings... Sorry, but isnt that the POINT. I have been registered with frontline for over a year. I have a great Resume and tenure as well as a BA in my field. Never once have I recieved about any of the jobs I have applied to. The mom of 2 review is spot on, they dont ever meet with you. Dont waste your valuable work search time on this company. And just FYI but some of the reviews on here you can BET are workers for Frontline. Give me a break this place is a joke.

I rated Frontline 5 stars because I really did love my experience with them. Robert Ray was my recruiter and he went above and beyond to help me prepare for all of the various interviews I had to go through. Even after I landed the job on a contract basis he was calling me regularly to check up on me to see how I was doing. He was also there whenever I had to call him to ask a question or two or three. ;) It is very evident that Robert and his team at Frontline really do care about the success of their clients. I would definitely recommend Frontline to anyone looking to break into the tech industry.

I called this office the Friday before Labor Day after my Office Manager had to leave suddenly. By Tuesday morning I had 3 extremely qualified candidates set up to interview. All were professional, skilled and exactly what I was looking for. Who thought the hard part would be picking form TOO MANY great candidates! I really appreciate Frontlines quick response and ability to give me great candidates. Highly recommend.
