I personally have had a great experience with Aerotek. The position they referred me for was something I would have never applied for on my own. John took the time to get to know me and then found me a great position within an organization that really values its employees and their wellbeing. I can honestly say that I feel lucky to have come across John and his team members at Aerotek. I would recommend Aerotek to any individual thats looking to advance themselves and their career path. Whether or not youre certain about what that path is, or where its headed. John, Andrew, Mitch, or any of the other great employees will be happy to get you started on the way to a CAREER. Not just another job. Keep up the good work guys and gals!!

The staff will call and If you arent able to answer the phone and it goes to voicemail, youll never hear from them again. However one of the recruiters reached out to me via email and when I couldnt speak with her on the phone soon enough because I was at work, I never heard from her again. She actually told me to call before 7 pm because theyre looking to fill the position a.s.a.p. I get it but its all about how you come at people and I was working. This place seems unprofessional and desperate. Im a grown person whos found my own employment and Ill continue to do so. This place is riddled with fake, panicked employees who are useless, inflexible and unprofessional.!!! AVOID!!!

I received a call from Aerotek recruiter asking if I was interested in an open position because they saw my resume online. It was a great opportunity and I accepted it. It got me into a Career aligned with my college degree. I will be honest, I did not know about Aerotek before but I had reached out to other Recruiting agencies in the area before. The staff at Aerotek were quick in responding, helpful, and professional throughout my process. I had a great experience. Give them a try.

i personally believe that it was a great experience working with Aerotek staff. i really enjoyed their activeness, usually other agents dont get back to you soon enough but aerotek does, and i would recommend people to aerotek.
