Anyone who has tried to apply to any manufacturing job online in this town has surely been directed to spherion, well i have learned from PERSONAL experience that this tiny office has bitten off much more than it can chew. I am a welder, with extensive forklift experience and a ND issued Class A CDL. I applied to Spherion one month ago, the first time i called i was told that they have far to many people coming through the door every week to do a background check in a timely manner, so i gave them 3 more weeks, then called to find out that they were no further on my app than they were 3 weeks ago. One thing Ive learned about fargo is the high demand it has for good welders. I wonder how all the manufacturers they represent would feel to know that this good welder has been trying to get a job with them for a whole month, but spherion wont let me.... lol I would try somewhere else but out of the 4 welding jobs I searched for today, all 4 brought me back to spherion... My only advice to those of you who get forced to go through this staffing agency is this; Call, Call, Call, if you dont you will be forgotten

I have nothing but good to say about Spherion Staffing in Fargo, ND. I called to set up an interview with Spherion and in less than one weeks time they had already lined me up with an awesome job placement. During my first week of working with Spherion I had a major family emergency and they were extremely flexible and understanding about my personal needs. Bring your skills and your resume and this team will go out of their way to find you a job. In my particular case, i was offered a job roughly a week after contacting Spherion. This is significantly faster than other agencies I was working with. Friendly and pleasan, weekly pay, and responses from them are usually quick. Give them a call or stop by in order begin your next job or career.
