Everytime time I visit or call, a receptionist Patricia speaks in a rude and unwelcoming manner and does not know about the facility services and programs. I have to check in with her and ask her question to be directed for the service, but I feel so unpleasant everytime I speak to her even briefly. She only repeats the same answers whatever the question or inquiry is. And her tone and face is as if you were a child who has bothered her while she is so busy working on something else. She never smiles. Whenever she directed me for a service, it was not the right place or she missed something I needed beforehand. So other staff had to redirect me or send me back to her, forcing me to talk to her again. But she would only repeat the same thing she just told me before. Workforce Solutions should either retrain her to be better at her job or at least remove her to the back so she would not be the first person to be dealed with at the facility.

Went there today for work and school related things. The staff had a issue with me looking up info in regards to school. You pretty much assist yourself in finding work. The staff is old and cripple, u cant understand half the stuff that heavy set flash light cop says. When you ask to speak to someone in regards to helping you find work, they look someone up for u by your last name, but they never come to the front to greet u? I over heard the staff talking about how much they hate their job. I was only going to the workforce to utilize there computers and faxes for school an work related things, I never looked to the staff to really assist in helping me find work. After today I will never go back!

Staff are rude, often dont allow you to finish your sentence. Went there for a Job Fair and staff kept finger pointing directions to incomplete locations making people re-enter lines which delayed them A LOT. Veterans representative and WIAO representative are good. Desk person on the left side tries her best to be efficient while multitasking. Good luck.

Not Satisfied At All, I Went There Last Week And Reception Female Been Rude And Not Cooperative And Not Friendly, I Asked Her a Question And She Said She Dont Knew Anything, She Not Even Give Me An Answers, At The Same Time Been There Bunched Of ( African American Young Girls) !!!!!!! I went here to make copies and a lady is standing by the printer calling out what is printing and you are only allowed 5 copies and one of the unemployed recipients had the nerve to tell me I can only get 5 copies and he didnt even work there I told him to "Go sit down somewhere and dont worry about what Im printing "!!!! Straight up. Thank God for my job!

The staff is old, moody, and NOT computer literate. They might be great on a Tuesday and awful on a Thursday, youre dealing with peoples livelihood, you CAN NOT have people like this working there. They impose their own rules that have NOTHING to do with the North Texas Workforce, its giving the company as a whole a bad name.

Highly recommend place. They are very helpful in finding a job and even are open to help with other issues along the way, helping you to get back on your feet and to become independent. If you are in a bad place in your life, just go there and tell them everything. They will find a way to help you. They helped me a lot.

The staff was friendly and the facility was clean and well maintained. I would certainly visit this location again were I to need further assistance. I was a little put off when I saw an armed security guard on duty. Kinda makes me wonder what kind of trouble theyve had there previously.

The older woman who polices the resource room stood over me while I printed documentation for school. She followed me from the printer to the desk I was at to the printer three times and rudely asked me when Id be done. I wont be back for this location. Sorry I dont own a printer.

Required for bureaucratic processes, however many useful aids for job seekers with technology challenges. Computers, Access to the internet, workshops, and recruiting assistance. Also, Job Fairs, held frequently, may allow for applicants to meet with employers.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. One of the job counseling consultants approached me and offered her services. I didnt need them at the time, but appreciated her being proactive. All of the equipment worked properly and the place was clean.

The workshops that they offer are extremely beneficial. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The office itself is very clean and all the equipment in the resource area works great, the computers, copy machine & fax machine. I give this office 5 stars.
