DO NOT COME HERE. It seems like no one here wants to help you. The first time I walked in a few months back I was greeted with a grimace and attitude. I came to fill out an application and was told to just do it online, I have no computer at home which is why I came in to begin with. And answering my questions seemed to further irritate her. It felt like she was rushing me out so she can continue with her busy day of doing NOTHING, there was no one else in there. Then last week I finally filled out the online app and called to try to schedule an interview with them. Again, extremely rude. She asks what type of job Im looking for (receptionist) then pulls up my application and says, "You dont have experience in that area". I was a receptionist for 3 years at my last job, she didnt even bother to read my application just look at the name of the company and make her own assumptions Im sure. And to top it off it seemed like they didnt even want to set me up with an interview, I managed to force one in. I had it set up for this morning and I just got a phone call from them saying, theyre canceling my interview but Im welcome to come to their job fair. Their job is to find ME a job and they cant even do that or want to be bothered to help. Ive never experienced such rude and incompetent service. I called the downtown location and Marcellus was so wonderful, took me in the same day and got me set up with work for the following week, this location goes above and beyond! You want a job, dont come here, they suck.

I had an awesome experience!!! :-) I went in on a Wednesday, they receptionist was very polite, was able to answer my questions, filled out application and interviewed with Yeni (professional recruiter) on Thursday, had My 1st inerview on Monday with a great company and started working on Tuesday!!! Express has a great reputation with the company Im on assignment with. I am extremely HAPPY on my assignment!!!

terrible service, the recruiters (sandy) to be exact never calls you back, the only reason they call you for is to tell you they are going to send your resume out to employers to see if they want to interview you. anyone can do that themselves. been applied there since july and still nothing. done been there 3 times, unfriendly service, people walk in and out with no help or hope.

Three months passed and not even one time they contact me with any job offer, whenever I called they told me no jobs, such a big name with so hope less results. Better they should close down then providing a useless service.
