I found that the recruiting person knew nothing about the job he was sending me out on. When I mentioned I was not happy with the job he was very rude about the situation. I therefore quit and will not use this company again. I would suggest to anyone to use a different staffing agency.

Awesome service. Had been searching for a job for a month with no success. I Sent Aerotek my resume at 8:00am. Was meeting with a recruiter by 10:00am. By 3:00pm the same day they already had me an interview scheduled in which I was hired on the spot. 100% impressed with their service.

Really poor communications. Only got two referrals over the last five years! Found postings for jobs that I would like to apply to and after five messages, they still have not called me back. Its a waste of time, I need to work and Aerotek is not helping.
