N/a (Former Employee), Houston, TX – June 17, 2016 Pros: Customer service pretends to care Cons: No feedback, no returned calls or emails, very unprofessional. First let me start off by saying that my husband works for tpi staffing. He told me that they were a fast company to get work opportunity and great people to work with. Every time a job ends for him they already have one in place for him. Every time he calls someone returns his calls within 48hours. Now my husband referred me to them. I called last year got an interview with Kristina Kubitza, she said she had some jobs that would be a perfect fit for me. Never did I recieve a call back from her, every time I called and left a message she never returns phone calls. Every time I spoke with a representative, they just tell me shes busy and leave her a voicemail. It has been over a year and I still havent spoken with Kristina or anyone . I know Ive left her tons of voice mails and emails. Its no point in even trying anymore. In my last attempt to contact her... Looking for a sign of hope, tpis representative named Jessica, I told her I felt like this was beginning to be pointless, a whole year with no response with nothing, I honestly feel like tpi does not want to work with me, thats how the way they treated me makes me feel, and she told me directly, well of thats how you feel then go ahead. SO there it is folks my last phone call to tpi staffing. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. At first they seemed like a good company to work with, but they only specialize in getting men labor work. If your a college graduate with degrees, they wont even return your phone calls. Im done with TPI they suck.. And thats saying a lot coming from me. Ive worked with agencies for since 2007 and this is the first time Ive experienced a company like this. How are the working hours? There are none. What is the interview process like? It was a great interview process but it was fake. They dont have time for you.

Kristina sent me on 2 interviews which went quite well. CEO informed me decision would be made the following Monday. I called Kristina. She was on another call and would call me back. I left her a voice message. I called and sheer had just left for lunch. I called and she was in the office the receptionist just didnt know here. She no longer needed me. Thank goodness the HR Manager at the Company gave me his business card. I called him and was told they selected another candidate and was VERY surprised that Kristina had not called me as he specifically asked her to do so. He stated that wasnt very professional. I told him most times common courtesy is not so common now-a-days. Definitely will not use this branch again! Kristina contacted me the same day and informed me of what happened and why the delay. I thanked her for calling and agreed to consider future positions from her and this location.

Every time i go there they say that "the recruiter is not available right now" after waiting like an idiot, even though Doris and probably some other recruiter walks around the office like every 5 minutes, and im always inputting resumes to them when they post job offers im highly qualified for, but never call me back so i have to waste gas just to go speak to them, and the cycle repeats lol. I would avoid them if youve been unemployed for quite some time but continue to check in to see if they have something your qualified for, only to turn the other cheek and sweep you under the rug.

Although they have good verbal skills. They do not return calls. You call them all day and you never catch them at a good time. No one returns a voicemail or emails apparantly. For instance, I speak to a recruiter, who is very nice and mannerable, explains some jobs that fits you perfectly, and she tells me she will get started on moving forward on some things, and Ill never hear back. I call frequently to follow up but can never get in touch. I would not recommend it to anyone, just on the lone fact you get the run around.

TPI Staffing goes beyond the average services of typical staffing agencies. From my experience, they are fully dedicated to their job seekers and helping them find an employment opportunity that is best in their interest. The staff is very knowledgeable on the current job market and continually share helpful advice to their candidates on how to stand out in the crowd to an employer. I have been impressed by the enthusiasm and professionalism TPI Staffing demonstrates. I plan to continue to work temporary jobs through them.

My recruiter was terrible. She found me 2 job in six months and both were temporary. One was 60 miles from where I live. She never answers the phone or email. Look elsewhere there are 100s of staffing companies in Houston alone.
