Rachel, Naomi, and Belinda are excellent, personable, and efficient. My sons and I have been going there since they opened, and always had great experiences, and great haircuts. They are new and growing, so sometimes staffing doesnt always meet demand, but theyre working on getting a more established schedule based on the ongoing customer demand. They highly recommend (and I use) the SuperCuts app to see the approximate current wait times and to check-in, which puts you ahead of walk-ins...it also gives you an idea of how busy they are and what your wait time will be.

Belinda is my stylist. Very courteous. You talk she listens and verifies. To boot, they also have a veterans discount. Knocked my cut down to $11.50. A new location getting more stylists trained for the influx of customers they way it sounds so if you can sign in before going or call. Try it you may like it, especially if your a veteran or are in need of a new stylist in the area.

This is the second time in a row that Ive checked in online, I come in and see Im on the list but then they take someone who is behind me in line first. When I asked about why, they told me that they take walk-ins ahead of people who check in online... why even have an online check in? Theyll cut your hair, just dont expect them follow their own policies.

I walked in at 6:20 for a haircut. They close at 7, not unreasonable. I as well as the guy ahead of me are told, "Sorry we are all booked. There were 2 people waiting. Fairly empty and 3 people cutting hair. I will stick with Great Clips. Not the best way to find new customers.

Worst experience in a Supercuts. Setup time on app, arrived early. Was next in line. Other two people got called, one stylist stopped cutting. Waited 45 mins. Just got up and left. 20yr customer lost

Horrible customer service. Came at 4pm waited to finally get put on a wait list to make an appt. for 6pm. Cams back at 5:50pm to wait some more to see 2 customers go ahead of us after 6:00pm. Wont be back.

Showed up at 6 to get my sons hair cut. 1 person working and said since I didnt call ahead my son would not able to get his hair cut. Never will go back.

My favorite Supercuts in the North DFW area. Super friendly and quality cuts. Wait time is on par with other Supercuts, perhaps a little less due.
