I got the most terrible haircut here. I went in just looking for a TRIM (not that hard, right?), when I got home I realized my hair was longer on one side, so I went in the next day to get it fixed. However, it wasnt that easy. The lady who had cut my hair kept insisting that my haircut appeared crooked because of my cowlick, which no hair stylist had ever told me until now. We eventually called the manager over to check my hair and she hardly looked at it but told me it was straight. Not only was I upset about my uneven haircut, the lady cutting my hair was VERY rude about it, like she refused to believe she was wrong so kept blaming the poor haircut on the way my hair is. I eventually gave up on her trying to even out my hair, so I went to a different salon where the lady straightened my hair and showed me how lopsided it was. I will NEVER give Fantastic Sams my business ever again. Everyone was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I showed up to get my first time haircut and when i arrived. I did get a single greeting. Not even a simple hello or be with you in just a minute. With that said, i took a seat and was not put on a list. Two gentle and a lady with her child came in after me and got there haircuts before me. I was there for 45 min and wasnt even noticed. I left without a haircut

I have been calling and calling and get no answer, the machine that comes on is the one that comes pre recorded, no mention of Fantastic Sams, I have checked the number and it is the one they have listed, i love Sasha and only want her to cut my hair!

I went to get my hair dye ombré , and it looks horrible. Theres chunks of blonde and then theres nothing. The worst $85 Ive ever spent! I will never go there again .i wish I could post a picture .. dont trust them with your hair !!!!!

My daughter got a "fantastic" haircut by Nancy and it is by far the best haircut and style that she has ever had. We loved it so much that Im going to come back and get my haircut the same way by Nancy. Great job!
