Very unprofessional. Barbers seem to just want to talk and hang out with each other because thats all they do. They get on their phones and call people and text and show each other cool stuff on each others phones all while the customer is sitting there waiting for their haircut. As soon as you walk in you get no greeting or anything from anyone. You dont know if you gotta sign in somewhere or what. I guess you just take a seat and the next available barber will get you. Long wait but thats expected from a barbershop. What is unprofessional about it is because nobody greets you or anything you dont know how long of a wait or whos gonna take care of you. Today I went and as I was sitting down a family was walking out and all I heard from one of the barbers was, "yall leaving?" I sat down and a guy and his brother maybe came in and just walked out. Then there was a guy who was there before me but seemed to have been waiting for a long time and grew impatient and just walked out because someone kept calling him asking where he was. At this point there were three barbers working. One was sitting there at his chair I guess on his break? One more guy walked in and again nobody greeted him or said anything so he figured there was a long wait. He walked out. Do they not want to make money? Is that not why we work to make money? By the prices nowadays that was about $60 that just walked out the door. They couldve kept 4 people there by just talking to them and letting them know. By this time all the barbers seemed to either leave work or go on break. There was one guy working only. Right before he sat me down he mentioned he was gonna take a little break. I guess the shop is only for the guys that already know the barbers. Maybe from high school or grew up together because theyre the only guys to seem to get any interaction from the barbers. Maybe the owner doesnt want to grow his business and make more money.

Good people cutting here greate atmosphere all barbers do great work. Best Customer service ive had they make you feel welcomed. I live in north dallas and i still dont go anywhere else drive almost 40 min just to get shaped up five star place. Comes highly recomended by me

Been to a couple of barber shops this one did not disappoint. I was greeted right away and asked if I had a appointment which is not the standard at most places, when I said no they offered me a opening. Good job on the cut. Best experience at a new shop so far.

Kicked out one of the best barbers out in the industry due to his talent ! Never did I know a baber shop could hate and fear a barber that can make a barber shop stronger. Very disappointed that they did what they did BUT KIRBY THE BARBER is still a monster

Their website says thay are open on sundays...they are not. Their website says they open at 8:30am on mondays...they dont. The sign on their door says they open at 12:00 noon on mondays...they dont...hmmm, it might be time to find another barber.

This barbershop has a really friendly atmosphere. Overall, they give really clean cuts and take their time with the cuts. The price has gone up, but you get what you pay for. Havent had them mess up my hair ever. 5/5 from me

Tried first time it, it was not that bad of a haircut, still not good though. I gave benefit of the doubt, was way worse the second time. Maybe its cause they were young bucks?? Perhaps I will stick with the OGs.

I have gone once and the ladies were extremely polite, and professional. They cut my little boys hair in about 15 minutes and my hair was done before that! Very good at what they do!
