I have been going here for 2 years now and was charged 25 dollars for my sons haircut with a design ,and 21 dollars for my sons haircut now remind you my other son had gotten a basic haircut no design no nothing and was charged 21 dollars for this crap. The guy that cut it I told him this was insane prices he just kept saying different barbers charge different prices? That is ridiculous to me be for a 13, 10 to charge these prices. When I say they have lost a long time customer I will never go back again. I advise anyone who reads this dont visit there establishment at all because they are cheating people out of there money. The board says one thing but the actual barbers are charging more than what the prices are actual listed on wall. These barbers are money hungry stay away if I were you.I sent so many people to this place and I will be getting the word out dont go there ever. Sincerely the most unhappy customer who will never return sign Sarah 10/3/2015

Ive been going to Razorz barbershop for quite sometime and in that time frame the service, the quality of detail and professionalism have all gone downhill. Ive gone back for the purpose of loyalty, but the barbers have no appreciation for loyal customers. My apologies to the owner of Razorz, but his barbers will be the demise of his company with their lack of customer service, racial verbiage of using the "N"-word repeatedly throughout the shop with no regard for the customers, especially when theyre all Mexican Americans and their homoerotic conversation with each other that would make anyone sitting and waiting for a haircut uncomfortable. Its definitely a barbershop that I shouldve given up on a long time ago, but with the lack of shops in the North Dallas area, Ive had no alternative place to go. I encourage everyone that take these reviews with serious thought not to waste your time and money at Razorz Barbershop in Richardson,TX.

I havent been here in the past year, but on a whim decided to come in on a Saturday to get a decent hair cut before I started my new job. Most of the barbers here are decent, but the ones who arent decent are bad. Really bad. Perhaps its my fault for not asking for an edge up, but I damn sure asked for a proper haircut. Dude let me leave looking liking a turkey, didnt even fade my sides proper. I didnt notice till I got home. On top of that I got charged $17, dude straight up lied to my face, I knew it was only supposed to be $12 but I was like yeah a $5 tip why not. Anyways, I used to like going here for my fades but they lost a customer for life, I dont wanna go up there and ask for a refund, thats just a waste of energy and gas. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, it aint what it used to be.

A good hair cut marred by terrible customer service. The whole experience started off poorly when my barber was obviously moving stuff around on their area aimlessly - to avoid cutting my hair - until somebody else told him that he needed to do his job. It just got more aggravating as he stopped cutting my hair multiple time to buy some tickets from a friend, chat it up about the rap industry, and text on his phone. I expect a casual atmosphere with cross-conversations in a barbershop, but stopping my service for minutes at a time and texting while Im in the chair is unacceptable. I wont be returning, but I probably would if somebody else cut my hair. The price is right and the cuts are good if you can find an employee who cares about their job.

This place gives the best haircuts for a great price around this area!!! I was very picky in the past barbershops as to who would cut my hair... I would only go to one person, but at Razors I have up to 5 barbers who I can choose to go with. This is a great place for good cuts. Only negative part is that they dont have a sign in sheet or anything to let the barbers know who is next for a cut. Ive been skipped a few times for people that came in after me. That would be my suggestion, is to have a better method of to what customer was next versus barbers having to ask one another whos next.

The owner is cool and has invested a lot into his business, from the lights, music system, interior design and even more. Cool shop. However, most of the beauticians here rush their haircuts as if they are literally competing with each other. Also, the last guy that cut my hair used the razor to trim my mustache so fast that he ended up cutting me, it hurt pretty bad. One more thing, I would really appreciate it if they start cleaning their clippers, thoroughly. Getting so many ingrown hairs and bumps is not cool. Owner, can you please bring this to their attention. Thanks.

Been bringing my son here for quite some time...and he dont let no one else cut his hair except for salios..he is very good with kids..I bring my nephew also and have brought other ppl too and they loved it..they have been going there ever since...fast, great customer service...I basically go in and out...Thanks!!! Keep up the good work guys and to the new people that come here just ask the barbers and dont be shy...its a barbershop. And ladies dont be shy to talk to the barbers about the wait time or prices they are all really down to earth people.

For the last couple years i had to travel to Oak Cliff for a good haircut. My cousin told me to try this place out, so I did. This is a great place to get your haircut in the Garland/Richardson area. I recommend it to many. I would suggest Eric the kind of short guy thats toward the back. Hes funny and gives a five star taper fade even with my thick hair! There are some rookie barbers there, so I recommend you pick wisely. I give this place 4 stars just because the prices are getting a little higher. $21 for fade/scissors/beard trim.

Been going for 3 years now and I always come out with a good cut. You can walk in with a picture of a haircut and theyll do that for you. I can tell you from experience that drug dealing and drinking while at work isnt something these guys do. As far as swearing goes they keep it on the low. They respect the presence of the client and know when to stop. Overall the place is hands down the best barbershop Ive been to with a lot of laid back guys who know what theyre doing. Also their choice of music is always on point. 5/11/16

Atmosphere and music is cool but when it comes to keeping customers in order they dont do a great job , they have no sign in sheet to go off of . I sat there and watched 3 people go ahead of me that came in AFTER my son and I did . I guess because Im a female Im intimidating ? Would like to go because from what it seems they do good jobs on haircuts but as a female in a mostly men barber shop to get over looked and pretty much ignored ? I just left and went somewhere else to get my sons haircut .
