Im always iffy about visiting this location, but its the closest to me so sometimes I have no choice. I went this past weekend during lunch to grab a quick bite after a long morning. From past visits at all locations, theyre pretty fast and usually have your order out before you even have a seat! Unfortunately that was not the case with this location. I was waiting for my food and found it weird that they were taking longer than usual even tho it wasnt as busy (maybe just the drive thru but not dine in). 15 minutes go by and my food was still never served. I finally got tired of waiting and asked for a refund. The manager (skinny lady with short blonde hair) didnt bother to do much to make it better except issue a refund. Most places with decent customer service will at least give you a free meal along with a refund or maybe even put effort into making you feel better. I wasnt expecting that but at least something other than my refund wouldve been nice. I just feel like this location lacks customer service. When you walk in, you dont get the energy that all the other stores have, this one just seems dull and even the employees are not as cheerful. Id rather drive all the way to the one on Abrams and 635 because I know that at least Ill get great customer service there!!! *end of rant* p.s. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I really love chick-Fil-a... just hate this location!!!

I absolutely love Chick fil a! The food is great, always hot and fresh and great portions. The chicken breasts are so big they hang off the sides of the bun. The new thing where they take your order while in line is really innovative and your food is ready when you get to the windows. Restaurant is always clean and the staff is simply the best in the business. Orders are quality checked and always right. The employees are all very friendly. Its like they genuinely enjoy their jobs. No wonder they have a line wrapped around the building all day long but it moves fast. This is truly the standard by which all fast food restaurants should measure themselves. I respect the fact that they are closed on Sunday and are a strong Christian company. It shows tremendous respect for their employees. All their locations are great. I also think their prices are very fair for all you get. My only complaint is that they stopped serving their yummy coleslaw.

This was not a good experience. Aside from the food being good, as usual, the staff and environment were terrible. Maggie, my server, not only could not understand my order of ONE kids meal ( 2 strips) with an additional small lemonade and small fry. My kids are 1 & 2 and while I struggled to get my wallet out and maintain control over two boys she proceeded to hand me all of my drinks (3) plus the cup with condiments. When I walked away to go get a high chair for my youngest it took them 10 minutes before they decided to bring my food, but still left my drinks at the counter. Most of the playground equipment was broken and unamusing to my 2 y/o. And dont get me started on the nightmare of a parking lot. Every CFA Ive ever been to has a crowded parking lot at lunch time but this was different. Not only were there few parking spaces, the drive-thru lanes were completely unorganized with no true signs to explain where to go.

Waited 10 minutes to be served, there was only one register opened. Alot of members and two shift leaders/managers on the side talking not bothering to take orders. Till one person did, they got the last person in line, at this point I was upset and told her I was next, she said she had already started putting that order in. Wouldnt suspend or void transaction. Finally placed order to be without lettuce or cheese but was charged for cheese. This was the first time I tried this location. Second time one open register, manager helped but forgot to give me change and argued with me about it. To just be told she didnt by the cashier next to her. And again no cheese or lettuce. Good luck.

Love, love chik fil a! Love everything about them; however, this particular franchise skipped the customer service page that talks about not being robotic. It seems as tho I dont even get to the ordering station before Im bombarded with several questions that really dont need to be answered right this second. Id like to tell you what I want for lunch before Im ready and warmed up to you to give you my name and if Im eating here. One step at a time, Speedy. By the way, I just made that up. I dont really know if they have a customer service page that talks about not being robotic.

They are ALWAYS busy and the drive thru is a mess! There have been rude employees there in the past. I avoid this location by all means if I can. Generally though, I think their food is over priced, they use msg in everything (thats why it tastes so good), and Im not a fan of wasting little plastic cups for two pickle slices. That cant be good! Just put it on the sandwich like you do the other two pickles and stop wasting!

Just paid $5 for a stringy piece of chicken. Couldnt even eat the bun because I asked for a white bun since I cannot eat whole grains. Guess what? I got back to work and found out I got a whole grain bun! Not the first time Ive had problems at this location. But since it had been a few months, I thought I would give it a try . . .

Went to lunch and the drive thru guy was talking to another co- worker about the fight, and ignored me completely. I was trying to ask them if I could get more napkins but blew me off. I got mad and left. Last time I go to this location.

The food is prepared well and the service is good. No big issues with snotty staff or the cleanliness of the facilities. This is one of my favorite fast food chains and this location is on par with my overall experience.

I will never come back to this location. You make us circle the building twice before ordering and you allow people to cut in line. Your traffic control is horrible and your staff could care less.

This is by far the best Chick-fil-A in all of the DFW Metroplex. They are super clean, very friendly, and very consistent. Not once have I ever been there and left not satisfied.

Ordered a party tray and it was ready in less than 15 mins! And when I arrived, the manager and associate were very kind and helpful even though it was during Saturday lunch rush!

Classic Chick-fil-A! Great food. Great service. Always clean and inviting. Sweet and kind to my toddler and infant every time. Our family will always return here!
