Both my roommate and I both bought a Groupon for the eyelash perm service. We scheduled our services roughly a month apart, my roommate drove all the way to Richardson from South Dallas just to be told they made a scheduling mistake and they would need to see her tomorrow instead. The perm she received was uneven from eye to eye. When I woke up the morning of my appointment I received a call asking if I could be rescheduled, which caused me to have to change a lot of my plans that weekend. During my appointment she got the solution in my eyes while removing, and had to apply and reapply the solution several times. She worked on me and a woman getting her hair done at the same time, so I felt like an afterthought during my service. Afterwards my eyelashes were not curled like I asked, but rather standing straight up and at awkward angles. I received no after care instructions, and even though she remarked on my how many new eyelashes I had growing in, she scoffed when I told her about my affordable eyelash serum and tried to sell me one of her own. Clearly mine works just fine. I will not be returning to this salon.

She did a great job on my hair! The highlights and the bob. Great job! My favourite from now on i know where to go to get what i want. I sure dont mind paying $50.00 for a haircut if i know she is an expert and will do exactly as i like my hair to be done. Highly recommended you wont be disappointed!
