Worst salon experience above my experience with a salon school. Started off BAD! Ended after 5 hours BAD! Made my appt for 11:30 am on a weekday. Was told Id receive a reminder text. Did not. Arrived for my appt at 11:35am. Waited 1 hour for my hair dresser to start on my hair due to her "fixing" another client"s unhappy hair style. Once I was seen, I showed her pictures of the style I wanted and said I wanted something different...Red hair. I got black hair and barely a trim. Then had this stuff put in my hair that burned my scalp to take the black dye out. Recolored...Got brown hair. The manager then took over. I told her that I wanted my hair shorter like the picture I showed the first gal. She shortened it all right. Took matters into her own hands...Literally and whacked off my hair. Only, she "saw a vision" and did what she wanted. NOT anything like my inspiration pics. Had she been a surgeon and I needed a leg amputated, she would have cut off my other leg because she "saw a vision". Thank God, its only hair. She admitted she was dangerous. Its been 2 weeks and Im still trying to style my hair. The cut is awful. Make matters worse, I still had to pay $110 for everything I did not want. At least with my previous bad experience, the cut was free.

I went to get a simple haircut and as far as I can tell its ok. But what she did just irritated me. She asked how I wanted it blow dried with curls or straight. I told her straight my hair wont hold a curl. She dried my hair for over 30 minutes. I was wondering what was taking so long. I didnt know what she was doing because she turned me so I couldnt see the mirror. When she was done she said I did something different for you and turned me around. After I said no curls she tried anyway. All I had to do was touch my hair and it fell out. Then she said she could blow it straight. I told her no because I didnt have time. Something she needs to do is listen to her clients and follow direction.

Update: Theyre still amazing. Ruth was able to get me in on short notice, and then worked wonders. Kaitlyn was great at assisting. I just cant say enough good things about everyone who works here. Vickie did an amazing, amazing job on my hair. Amazing. I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. The salon is tucked away in a strip mall off 544, but the caliber of talent there is as good as anywhere Ive been in Dallas. The prices are rational, the people are friendly, the atmosphere is conducive to relaxation. Im very pleased.

Love Full Spectrum a super fun friendly salon with a very cool vibe!! Nary always makes my hair look GREAT! This pic is a day later after its been slept on, put in a ponytail to do some gardening then just brushed to snap this picture! Plus after the cut she only blew it dry (of course just one little section at a time, which is something I never have the patience to do!). She finished it off with a little hairspray IF only I could do the same at home..................in one word she is AMAZING!

Full Spectrum services all the adults in our three family home: Grandfather down to son and even daughter-in-laws mother. Grandmother and I use Vicki and could not be happier. We even get hugs at this establishment when we visit. Our children and her mother use the services of other employee and we cannot see going to any other shop. Murphy is blessed to have such talented hair treatment available.

About a year ago I went into Full Spectrum, half Gray / half hair Color brown. I wanted to grow out my gray and go more natural. They did a wonderful Job, and have maintained my hair, keeping it healthy and beautiful. They are TRUE Pros, everyone of them. They make you feel at home, they treat you like a queen but most of all they make you look like a Movie Star.

I had my first experience here yesterday for a appointment for a full color and cut. Changed my color completely. Going to a new place, especially when changing color, is nerve racking. Matt did my color and cut, and was absolutely awesome. He worked efficiently and did a GREAT job on my color and cut! I will definitely go back to him!!

I just got my hair cut by Matt, and he was great, I can really feel the difference Since a move to Texas I been looking for the person that understands my hair, and has been difficult and a lot of bad experiences. Im definitely coming back, I wish I could load a picture of my hair...I guess you ladies need to try for yourselves.

Ruth is incredibly proficient. Shes an artist who does beautiful color and pretty much a perfect cut every time for me. I came from someone who charged more and took way too much time for a similar, somewhat inferior experience so Im pretty grateful. Her receptionists and assistants are always sweet too.

The VERY BEST experience I have had in a salon in a very long time. My highlights are flawless and healthy looking, my haircut is precise. and the fact that i do not have to drive across town to see them, is the icing on the cake. My move to this new area is complete because I have found my salon

Would not recommended this place at all. Went in for some layers and didnt realize how bad of a job the girl did until I got home and straighten my hair. (The stylist curled my hair so I couldnt tell) The layers are so bad. Doesnt flow with the hair. Its a mess. Not happy at all.
