The ulta store in Firewheel, garland is the worse store which I see. The store organizer is the same with those store in Preston or Mesquite. I come to shop here because this is the closest store to my house. My experience about customers service is bad in Ulta store at Firewheel mall. I used to shop new products in here but they dont want to service while I have questions about products. The dont want to serve, even say "hi" to customers. One time I stayed at the It brush section to test the brush I like. Actually, one of the test brush dont have the security arlam tag on it. I know the put arlam tag on some test brush to avoid thief. I took a look but I dont know that brush supposed to have the arlam tag. I know it was a test brush due to it had a label "test" I stopped a lady to have a question with her. She held the brush back from my hand and yelled at me because it was missed the arlam tag. Her attitude was freaking me, she meaned I took off the tag on the brush but when I came, the brush liked that way. I just upset about her services, they do not do good on their job, claim, and rude on customers. I should talk to their manager about her attitude, rude and unrespect. Insist of that I walked away, I know where treat me good even through it is far away, but I will come for customers service rather than here

I went to this ulta this weekend and I had grabbed the Anastasia dipbrow, I had 20 dollars and I was planning on buying it . Later on I just left it on a random shelf because it was the first store my friends and I had gone too and I wanted to go get something to drink, then come back and use whatever I had left there. Once I was about to leave an employee accused me of stealing the Anastasia dipbrow and caused a huge scene. She said that another employee saw me put it in my purse when i clearly left it on the shelf. I told her I had nothing and she started saying and I quote , " I gave you a chance " " the police are in the parking lot " " you will go to jail " . When I had done nothing wrong . I also told her that she could check my purse and she said she wouldnt . I came back about an hour later to get the Mario badescu facial spray and the same lady that accused me said nothing to me . Im guessing she saw the security camera and didnt see me put it anywhere near my purse . I recommend them to watch the security camera very closely before they wrongfully accuse someone of stealing and cause such a scene.

Do NOT get eye lash extensions from the Salon at Ulta. I had to go back two days later to get them removed because of the pain and eye infection that was developing. I woke up with crusty, irritated eyes and I knew something was wrong. My eyelashes were glued from the roots into one large clump, making it impossible to brush them. I tried to separate them but the lashes would fall in clumps. Some of the lash extensions were glued from the middle of the strand so every time I blinked the ends would poke my lash line/eyelids. The removal was a nightmare. I had to run out of there with sunglasses on because my eyes were bloodshot red, irritated, and sensitive (they felt like I had sand in them!). I attempted to get a refund but the Salon Manager was never there when I called to speak to her. I gave up on the $150 refund after leaving multiple messages. Save your eyes from the pain and save your money/time.

Went there for Shea Moisture African black soap, rainbow scrunchies I got there before and a elf lip exfoliatior.. guess what was in stock?? NOT A DAMN THING!!!!! This store is so sloppy and barely have inventory. It took forever for someone to help me and when she confirmed they didnt have it she said "do you want me to call another Ulta and see?" And I said "its okay Ill order online yall dont have anything in stock" she didnt look like she cared the shelves were barren either. Its so gross here. Poor customer service, nothing in stock.

Very poor store set up. I parked right in front of the door, which happened to be EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY and was locked! My choices were: (1) walk all the way around the building to the other side where the doors are open; or (2) cut through Barnes & Noble next door (wonder how Barnes & Noble feels about that). It freaked me out a little being in a store with only one working entrance. In case of fire, how do you get out the emergency door? Does the help have to open it? Im surprised that is allowed by the fire department.

I like Ulta and I like this store. It seems nicely kept, but there is an employee that works here and near every single time I come on she is here and she is the rudest employee Ive ever encountered. I didnt catch her name, but she has very faded pink hair that looks disgusting and her teeth look rotten. I dont want to come in anymore, because I know she will be there and I dont want to end up seeing her and having her attitude ruin my experience here.

I called to ask about a hair treatment and the girl on the phone assumed I couldnt hear and said "answer her questions she sounds dumb" she passed me over to another lady and the lady had an attitude for no reason. I was going to get my hair done here but not anymore. Terrible, experience on the phone, I dont even want to go back there.

This is a great location with tons and tons of options. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have not used the salon but I will definitely try them out for my next cut! I have used Sephora in the past, but I love that there are so many more ladies available to help customers. They carry hair care products and tools. <3

I found the items that I was looking for, but in the mean time of me looking I was definitely profiled enough to make me feel uncomfortable. Ill Never go back in there again. I rather go to the one on park lane even though its further away.

This is by far the worst Ulta i have visited!! The manager, Darlene, is nothing short of rude everytime i ask for anything or anytime a simple task i asked of her. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETYURN!!!!!!!!!!!

Run, dont walk, for a facial with Sarita! You truly relax and do not even realize you are in the store. Nice and private. Sarita has the hands of an angel and will leave you glowing and refreshed. Treat yourself! Well worth it.

This store is so unorganized. Very dirty, not well kept, and the brow bar is insanely messy. Not satisfied. I felt filthy there was trash and things all over the floor. Displays were dusty and unsanitary. Just awful

I walked around waiting to be helped for 30 minutes. I made eye contact with SEVERAL employees and NOT ONE even acknowledged me! Id rather pay more for customer service.
