I go every other Saturday for a wash and silk press. Once a month, I get a deep conditioning. For special occasions, I will get a few pieces added for volume. Ive never had an unpleasant visit! I would, however, recommend Dorthea (call a few days ahead for an appointment because she is BOOKED and expect to wait about 20 mins after arrival but shes the best) and Dee (shes right across from Dorthea and does really good with customer service and styling, shes usually available immediately or within the next 20 mins). If only WalMart/Regis Salon would let them serve wine to clients...Lol
