Finding a hair salon I love is tough - when you find a nice stylist, they always leave, or you always feel a bit awkward when the environment is overly trendy and snobby. I wasnt sure what to expect when I walked into Hair Options - it looked trendy but smaller than Id expected, but Danielle seemed quite nice. After having both haircut and coloring services, I can firmly say I LOVE THIS SALON! They are trendy and up to date without being snotty, all three women were HILARIOUS, warm and welcoming -- Heather did an amazing job on my hair! She listened, she grasped my non-hair lingo and it looks fantastic -- even more amazing because I came in with an "Oops, I screwed up a box color" mistake to deal with! I could hear Jen and Danielle with their clients and its clear they know what they are doing, they arent out to up-sell you and they take your hair seriously. Love, love, love! I hope more people stumble across them!!

Jen is amazing! Ive moved away from Mckinney and gone to other hair stylists, but always come back to Jen for a reason. Every time she does my hair, I leave with my new favorite hairstyle. Its not often you can find a hair stylist that can do your hair so well each time that you leave totally content. I love going to Jen, knowing Ill never have to get my hair redone or fixed. Ive gone to her for years now, and would recommend her to anyone! She does well with what you give her or when you tell her to do what she thinks will look great. I completely trust her. The other ladies there are awesome as well, its just an all around great experience. Anyone looking for a new hair stylist needs to go to Jen, you wont regret it! Shes pretty much perfect!

On my first visit Jennifer did not allow me to be a stranger in her salon. She welcomed me like she does everyone else with her enormous heart. Her guests drop in just to say Hi and chat for a bit then leave to go about their day. If you are interested in being adopted into a family (or not) and impeccable results, I would suggest giving Jen a try. You wont be disappointed and like me, you wont be going back to the other salon either. If Frank is doing your shampoo service, make sure to tell Jen you want to be to spoiled. You will regret it if you dont.

We booked the appointment at noon for a 7:00 pm. We called at 6:30 confirming we were in the area. At 7:00 we arrived and were told that it would be 15 minutes. We sat in the hallway, and they seemed in little hurry to help. Knowing they close at 8:00 pm, we figured we would leave at 7:45 pm. My daughter was very much looking forward to getting a haircut, and it was disappointing that we waited all day for poor service and no haircut. I was hoping someone would at least call and apologize or follow up. Maybe they will tomorrow.

Jennifer Piercy is amazing! She has transformed my hairstyle into a professional look. Everyone is complementing me about how young I look and that my hair looks fabulous. What I like most about Hair Options Salon is that I can even set up my appointment on her website after hours, sometimes at 2 a.m. Jennifer has an incredible eye for bringing out your best features. She also creates a warm environment where you not only look beautiful, but you feel beautiful.

Went in for the first time yesterday and was not disappointed. Corrie was very welcoming, did an awesome job with my hair cut, and showed me how to style my hair with what product to achieve the new look Im going for. I highly recommend Corrie and Im sure the other stylists here are just as great! Will be getting my hair cut here going forward

Ricky messed up my highlight when I exactly told him what I was looking for, I went with so much hope and he gave a bad messy highlight and bad haircut - pls dont waste your money there , he talks like a passionate hair stylist but he does not do anything , I am so disappointed with his service and never going back there again

Im very picky on who touches my hair and my old hair stylist moved to Michigan, so I was very nervous. Buy oh my I was VERY pleased. I went to Lexy and she cut 7 inches and colored my hair. Love love love her. Go see Lexy she is a great person and amazing at her job.
